Everything was excellent from my booking even though I went through booking.com ,and the app booked my stay for the daf after I needed, the front desk lady didn't make a fuss about it and fixed the date, The gentleman that I met I believe his name is Scott was Awesome and very helpful.Im a mover and we help with moves on base to fort Huachuca this be my next go to hotel.Thank you knights inn.

The staff were lovely, the room was clean (minus the floor), and the shower was okay. Very pet friendly! Two spots for pets to walk around. I really liked the decorations they added throughout the property (painted rocks and cactus/plants).

The floor was dirty (strange because everything else was clean) and thin walls so if you're a light sleeper that may be an issue.

The staff is phenomenal. I enjoy their friendly staff, everyone is like a family. And the personal touch of the owners/partners greetings and follow up walk through is an absolute pleasure to all their guests. From ur arrival to you departure , this hotel has the most amazing staff I have ever experienced in any stays East coast to West. It's like coming home for a visit when u leave u don't wanna go. We look forward to every visit. Thank u to all the staff at the knights Inn SIERRA VISTA AZ. , this property deserves the highest rating and best business practices award. Congrats on making this traveler a very satisfied guest and part of ur caring and hospitible family . I personally would recommend this Hotel to any and every traveler that comes through this area. The pool is just a slight bit cold for my liking. Lol but the cleanest and not overly chemicaled

Room was comfortable

It is right at an intersection so there was traffic noise. Also there were men (out of town workers?) In rooms just down from me who visited outside in the evening. Fortunately they didn't"t talk very late into the evening. The room needs better lighting so one can read in bed.

Nice family run place. Worked really hard to make it comfortable for all the workers that stay there. Staff was so thoughtful. I was very happy there and it was convenient for my travel purposes. Have a great little store for all you food needs.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked great. The ac I did feel at times didn’t blow cold hard enough but maybe that’s because it was over 100 degrees outside

I noticed little outdoor bugs managed to get in the room through the door wedge but it wasn’t like roaches or anything, just tiny little orange and black bugs that weren’t much a nuisance after the first day.

Friendly staff who does everything they can to forfill requests. Love the fact the office has a store packed full of reasonably price products. Better stocked then the convenience store across the street.

People loitering around property all day gives the place a creepy vibe at times.

The ada room was way to small couldn't use the walker.The bed took up the whole room. And it was a small bed. And the shower wasn't walk in. You still had to step over the tub.

Did not have the breakfast

The placement of the shower nozzle was strange and made it difficult to get in the shower without getting your hair wet. Other than that it was fine. Great staff
