It was nice that they accommodated us and booked us on the ground floor as there was no elevator and as we are seniors it would be difficult to always go up and down the stairs. Staff as quick to provide additional toilet paper and towels when asked

It would have been nice to also have shower gel/ body wash in the shower and lotion in the bathroom. Also the breakfast was very limited. It would have been great to have some cut up fruit and hard boiled eggs too. It was disappointing that there was no juice available for most of our stay and my husband had to purchase some from the front.

very convenient location of the hotel because we had a car. without a car. it would be a very long walk to attractions. with a car it was perfect! The stuff found perfect rooms for our group across the hall from each other, close to parking, and close to the lobby/ dining hall.

The handicap room was not fully accessible to meet the needs of my family. neither the soap/shampoo nor the hand sprayer could be reached by someone who cannot stand. there was not a non-skid mat. he did have a convenient seat, but our family member was not able to shower without assistance.

The staff was friendly and helpful at check in. Our room was clean.

The very nice outside presentation of the hotel leads you to expect a very well maintained and high quality facility. However, carpets in the hallways were not well vacuumed and the guest laundry room floor was dirty for the 2 days we were there. Breakfast was meager with the juice machine broken and the yogurt dispenser not working. Our second morning there was only sausage gravy but no biscuits, no eggs, and no bakery other than toast or bagel. It just felt like the management was doing what they could to cut corners to save costs.

Friendly staff, great room. adequate parking and nice common areas with breakfast room. A family of Javelinas came out of the desert behind the motel and were visible from the fire pit barbeque area along with numerous road runners. The kids really enjoyed seeing the wildlife.

The exterior landscaping needs a lot of attention. Windy days were blowing huge amounts of dead leaves and debris into the swimming pool making it a mess. Cigarette butts and beer bottle caps are all over the outside barbeque picnic area with beer cans hidden all thru the nice shrubbery areas. Apparently, there is no outside maintenance staff. The outside propane barbeque is unsanitary and disgusting and should be replaced.

Loved that it was an affordable and available on short notice! Loved the towels and dove soap - an excellent choice for hotels to use. Loved the night staff that was working that evening, she was sweet and hard working, our room smelt great and was the perfect temperature. Our view was also amazing! Plus the free breakfast was perfect!

I would suggest that if people come with a 2 year old to put them in the first floor, because we got complaints on ours over her running, she just endured and 14 HOUR road trip and should have be able to run freely in the hotel room.. I understand it’s hard to plan rooms for situations like that, but we did get a complaint from a tenant below us and that’s never fun. Also the water fountain filter was on red in the breakfast area, and that’s the only one in that space. The pool was also green and area were not able to be used . :(

Great place for a great price. Only compleint was unexiected exrta $75 dog fee after Baymont link had confirmed $75 for the whole 3-days ($25 dog fee per day for up to 2 dogs according to Hotel link vs. $25 per PET per day according to xerox print out at the counter). Made the check-in awkward & made early online check-in pointless. Otherwise an excellent comfortable stay well thought out for having dogs. Staff was super friendly & accommodating.

Hotel was easy to check into and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Made amenity info very clear and easy to understand while warning of local going ons that out-of-state visitors would not have thought to ask. Also had many pet-accessible spots, including grass for picky dogs.

Key cards could be finicky but were easily fixed at front desk. Pet accommodations where a bit vague until arriving at hotel, but overall very flexible.

Nice to have a hot breakfast in the morning. They had waffles as the main feature, but there was also hard boiled eggs, cereal, pastery, etc. What they really could use is breakfast meats! There was no bacon, sausage, or ham. They need to add to the menu. How about adding biscuits/gravy, or scrambled eggs. Other hotels have these items. So the breakfast here is kinda limited. Still tasty though. Scenic view of the desert and the hotel is just outside the city of Tombstone which is great when you're ready to go have fun.

The hairdryer in my room was not working. So prepping in the morning was a bit more difficult. I didn't pack a hairdryer because I expected to find a working one. Oh well, stuff happens. I informed the staff about it on the way home and they said they would investigate and probably replace it rather than trying to fix it.

We stayed at the Grand Hotel numerous times in the past and the breakfast was lacking then, to say the least. The breakfast was very good, offering lot's of choices, very different from past visits. Cleanliness in the rooms was much improved, as has the overall "feel" to the property, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our second morning started with without any sausage or eggs due to a staffing issue, the problem was resolve quickly and my wife and I were able to enjoy a nice breakfast again.

We really like this property and have been there several times. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately, their pool/hot tub out of service after the first night and they were unable to get it going throughout our stay. They did try but ultimately need more experienced maintenance personnel and proper tools for something like that.
