The hotel was quiet, clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. We had read some negative reviews prior to arrival and were a bit hesitant. Staff were at the desk when we arrived and were very friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. The Room unlike previous reviews stated DID have privacy (apparently the individual that left the negative review about being able to see into the room at night from outside) did not understand how venetian blinds work. The room was clean, water pressure amazing, beds comfortable. Breakfast was a hot breakfast just as advertised.

I did not like the untrue negative reviews left by previous guests

Food was good. Variety good. Juice maker was broken. They should have replaced with bottled juice. Also no tea bags for hot tea. No hot chocolate. Only coffee provide, which some people don't drink.

Went down to office around 7pm to see if they had tea bags for the room and the office was closed. We had to call a phone number twice before a man picked up and said he would be right down. We sat and waited for 10 minutes

The office personnel were friendly and helpful. The view from my room was awesome. The breakfast was good and a great start to the day.

The only complaint I had was the TV remote not working good, but I really wasn't in the room enough to worry about it. One more thing, a microwave would have been a nice addition.

It was clean, comfortable. New ownership so still needed work. Bed was very comfortable. Appliances worked well. Price was acceptable for property being refurbished. Loved the view. On bottom floor facing traffic, but did not hear anything!

TV was difficult to use. Internet was weak, so bring ur own. We had global assistance, so had strong internet. New owners still working on property. Our room only had sheer curtains, so informed owner. Bathroom was older, but they r working on refurbishing the rooms.

The location, view is fantastic. Price was excellent and so close to all attractions. Clean rooms with fridge. Friendly staff.

For what it was- nothing to dislike about this- it’s modest but fit for purpose, don’t expect luxury.

The room was very cozy and clean, small, but well taken care of. The tiling in the bathroom was lovely. The shower was great on pressure and the bed was comfortable. The best part of the room was the view, which we noticed the next morning when we opened our door. You can see the beautiful mountains unrestricted by other businesses or buildings. The property also has a nice back area for sitting out and enjoying the view or congregating with your family.

There was no stopper in the bathtub, so we weren't able to take baths. There was no wi-fi at all for our room. When we called the front desk, she stated it was because we were the furthest building from the lobby, so we weren't close enough for wi-fi. Also, the shade was a bit hard to maneuver on the window.

Location was perfect ...it's historical

While keeping it's historical quaintness...it could use a bit of TLC

Wonderful, quiet location with lots of room for the family to move around! The start was super friendly and accommodating!

The bedding was old and a little uncomfortable.

The view was beautiful. Surprised that they had a hot breakfast and not just packaged products. Good coffee too. The walking paths were nice in the morning and the joke headstone was funny...the people were friendly, even the guests...so they must be doing something right.

Stronger shower would be nice.

The location and the view was excellent The rooms were clean and roomy. They had a nice breakfast

The Wi-Fi signal was so weak we couldn't pick up the bank on electronic devices. The parking was not accessible to the rooms without going down steps on some rooms the property was not senior or handicap people friendly
