it was clean friendly staff good breakfast close to where we needed to be loved the ffridge and microwave in the room

not enough towels for the bathroom no extra of anything

Location was great and the breakfast choices was awesome. Lots to choose from. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to visit Sierra Vista.

Maybe a waffle maker to be added to the breakfast selection.

Friendly staff at all levels; spotlessly clean. They were also able to accomodate an early check-in as I had meetings scheduled beginning in the afternoon.

Breakfast was totally awesome, so much to chose from, you able to eat it there or take it back to your room.

The floors didn't seem very clean, we found a few pretzel pieces throughout the room and the bathroom floor had some garbage as well.

There was a loud humming noise that persisted throughout each night of my stay.

My room was on the ground floor with a lot of traffic. The people upstairs were also. There was a big plastic sign laying outside my window which made a lot of noise when it rained. Not a great idea to store trash behind a customers window.

Close to stores and resturaunts. Really nice and professional staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was good.
