All the staff we came across were great, eager to help, smiley and chatty. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and clean. There was a hot and cold serve yourself breakfast which was very nice, free bottled water and tea/coffee available in reception 24/7. For the most part we couldn't hear anything from other rooms, the air con wasn't noisy, fridge/freezer and microwave in room and we generally had a lovely stay. Thank you.

The bathroom was fine for us but would have been a tad tight for anyone much bigger than us. Despite our best efforts we couldn't make the plug on the bath work properly.

The corner queen suite with kitchenette was a nice room. We were able to store the items we purchased from the supermarket. The walking space between the bed and dresser is ok. Closet space is small. AC works great. Water pressure on the 2nd floor isn’t strong but good enough for showers.

We extended our stay beyond our original booking and the only room available with queen size beds was an accessible one for disabled guests. It was roomy but the beds had an open space underneath them and I was afraid our puppy would relieve itself underneath and we wouldn’t be able to clean it up.

We were impressed by its appearance as soon as we walked in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The 24 hour coffee availability was nice. Breakfast was scrumptious and the offerings fresh and hot. Far exceeded expectations. Thank you for a comfortable stay. Will come back again.

The only downside was the shower in the room, which had very low water pressure and disappointed my wife. She just could not wash her hair and was most upset about it.

Good location, very easy to get in and out of the property.

The bathroom was very small and you need to be very careful in the tub. It is extremely slick and you have to use a rubber mat which moved and my wife feel. Needs to be made more safe.

They had a wonderful breakfast with lots of choices. Bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereals, breads, juices, coffee and I am sure I have forgotten some things, like some fruit and yogurt and almond milk. Also staff at hotel were very friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice if rooms were a bit larger, but not much can be done about that.

Nice and quiet. Everything appeared to be modern and not outdated. The bed was comfy and the TV and channels were decent. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

The shower was okay but the pressure could have been better. The breakfast was okay but I may recommend eating out if affordable. The hash brown rounds were stale. Not the best breakfast but somewhat okay. The bathroom was super small. The toilet and door were inches from each other.

We had a balcony room with fantastic Mountain View’s. Enjoyed having our morning coffee out there. Nice location close to restaurants and stores. Staff was fantastic and room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back. Had a lot of fun while we were there. Thank! Your doing an awesome job!

Room and building are so clean! Breakfast was delicious. I had so many pancakes yummmm! Bed is super comfy nice and fluffy. Nice big tv. Everything was great. There is an awesome fire pit that was fun to hang around at night and it's right next to tombstone brewery!

It’s near a brewery and it’s super easy to get to. If need to stay in will probably chose this place again. A lot of space to park, a pool, the bedroom was very comfortable.

We visited Sierra Vista to attend a Birding Conference and our stay at the hotel was exceptional. Fantastic location to drive into town or outdoor venues to go birdwatching. The breakfast is served early, so we could get going early and be outside before the day heats up. Every day the staff try to vary the offerings at breakfast, so it made our stay there intriguing. Truly enjoyed our stay here.
