We always stay at the Hotel alla Torre, and it's always a pleasure to be back. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are nice and comfortable. It's right downtown and part of the castle, so I can guarantee there's no better place to enjoy the city. There are stores, restaurants, and bars nearby. The train station is also very close (an easy 15 min walk) - I recommend the train to go to Venezia, Padova, Treviso, Bassano, etc. The bus is also an option (we went to Possagno and Asolo with it). If you have a car, they have a parking garage under the hotel. Breakfast is scrumptious, and everyone is nice. I certainly forget a lot of other great things to say about it. I highly recommend it!

It's not a complaint, but be aware that there's always some noise coming from the street at night. Just get some earplugs, and the problem is solved.

Great location by the Tower and centre of Castelfranco. Staff were very helpful and assisted with secure parking for a bicycle. Room was reasonable size and clean. Pet friendly. Would stay here again

Have stayed here a few times and we like the location in the heart of Castelfranco. You are near the castello, restaurants, cafes and shopping. The hotel is clean, staff are wonderful and it has a very nice buffet breakfast included.

Parking is limited especially if you have a big vehicle as we did but we always managed to find a spot.

It is very beautiful little Town, full of life. It has also great location for visiting the area - Venice, Verona, Treviso, Vicenza. It is all very easy reachable by train. Train costs are realy acceptable, not to say that is cheap, but almost. Hotel has a great location, was very clean, with excellent breakfest.

The breakfast was sufficient as a continental. Friendly staff and the hotel was the perfect location to explore Castelfranco. Very close proximity to the train station especially if wanting to visit Venice. Reception staff very helpful in answering any questions or concerns.

The rooms were clean and sufficient but could use a little upgrading especially the bathroom. Parking is limited at the hotel.

The location of the hotel is beyond excellent. It's spacious, charming ambience is beyond welcoming. The room we were given was a delight.... in architecture, decor and services. However, what we enjoyed the most, is the friendliness of the staff... especially Michele, at reception. From our train and bus queries to the recharging of our mobile phone, he was always graciously accommodating.

Great location in centre of Castelfranco. Walking distance to train, shops and Piazza Giorgione where there's an open market Tuesdays & Thursdays. Our room had a small personal courtyard.

It was all good for me

The 3 big highlights to me were: absolutely perfect location, huge breakfast with all kinds of juice, breads, fruits and EVERYTHING I needed at the room. The room: was big with a comfortable bed, had a frigobar with coffee and other options, an armchair and table to appreciate the beautiful view from the little window while drinking the prosecco of the minibar. The bathroom: was big, warm, had slippers, towels, everything I needed, even a disposable toothbrush! The staff: were so kind and helpful, telling me about the city, what to do, what to see, they lent me a mini sewing set when needed. The hotel: had luggage storage, a little terrace, perfect location right next to citadella, limitless breakfast, beautiful and well-thought furnitures and art pieces.

Everything was good. The staff was super kind and friendly, breakfast was well stocked and the parking was super good as well. The room and all the hotel areas were well maintained and clean. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone

Really liked this hotel - especially for the price we paid for the huge room we had in the modern annex. Breakfast options were very good, though limited for cooked items. Breakfast room is pleasant. Staff were very welcoming. Restaurant next door - Ristorante Pizzearia alla Torre - was excellent.

No major problems. Sometimes we had to wait a bit for someone to come to the front desk to give us our room key when we returned to the hotel, but the wait was never more than a minute or two.
