We enjoyed the friendliness and kindness of the staff. We also loved how clean and well kept the property was.

The only two comments we have is about the shower heads where they seemed a bit clogged and let out an uneven pressure. When bathing my children the shower head wouldn’t flow towards them but to the wall and it wet the floor more than staying in the bathtub. I think the other thing the property can improve is leave reminders of when breakfast is over too. We thought breakfast was over at 10AM but we were told it was almost over at 9:30AM. Perhaps we misunderstood the timeframe.

The hotel is simple, but I have to highlight its cleanliness. However, the big plus is honesty and respect. I accidentally left my wallet in the room after checkout. Twenty minutes later, the staff called me 4 times, left me a voice mail and took care of it until I picked up the next day. That was amazing. Thank you so much. Breakfast is very nice!

It's a bit old, but generally speaking, that is normal.

Location far enough from the Expressway that noise was very low. The Staff at Front Dest we’re always friendly and helpful. Breakfast always good!!

The door to our room needed new weather stripping and the step below door casing needs raised., due to 2” gap between door and stoop. A darkening window film needs to be put on that big window that faces West and all the afternoon sun gets almost unbearable. Maybe a roller type Hurricane shutter that is mounted outside above the window and a remote control to close it as needed by guest can be done ✅ This should help with that Hot sun 🌞

The room was clean and spacious for our needs. Breakfast was wonderful a very good variety each day. Staff was very friendly and very helpful if we needed something. We used the fitness room quite often and it was always clean and well stocked with water and towels.

This is in no way the fault of the staff but a couple of the days we were there we had very loud neighbors.

Wow! Some of the best staff I have seen. Very helpful, friendly and professional! Breakfast staff was on top of everything...and we showed up at the end of the meal service. We had a great selection and good quality. Room was comfy and clean for the one night we stayed. Pool area was a clean and temperature was on point, big hit.

Maintenance of the room and exterior was minimal at best. Our sink has 3 large cracks and should just be replaced, it had been porcelain coated just on the cracks. Same with the tub, coating thin and not well done. Wall paper was peeling and looked water damaged. The neighborhood wild roosters cockadoodling in the early morning woke up our entire party.

Good breakfast items. I only wish there was some hot breakfast items to serve but it was good. The place was very clean and like the fact that it had a gym there.

The bed was bit creaky and a bit too soft and bumpy. The front door also didn't close that well, I had to use much force to get it to close all the way.

The room was clean, the beds, sheets and pillows were comfortable. The shower was hot always and the water pressure was great. The room had a TV, desk and chair with extra chair by the window, microwave, fridge, blow dryer and iron with board. The property has a unheated pool and hot tub. The breakfast had make your own waffles, toast, muffins, fruit, cereal, juice and coffee was good. Front office has a little store with candy, drinks and snacks.

The bathroom was a little run down. Paint was peeling. And the roosters on the property were very annoying. Started crowing at 430.

The location was very convenient and quiet. Nice restaurants very close by as well as a Raley's for picking up snacks and water. Good coffee in the morning. The hot breakfast was not bad, although we planned on brunch, so we didn't eat a lot. Good juice, good breakfast area.

Our room didn't get serviced on our last night, but that was fine. We had extra towels and we kept it pretty clean anyway.

Staff members at reception and breakfast (Rosa and others) were cheerful and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had hot food choices, cold cereal, muffins and bread, and fruit.

I was hoping for some oatmeal or whole grain breads. Eggs were pre-formed omelettes, just OK.

Check in was great plus the receptionist was amazing, very helpful and attentive. Good breakfast selection.

Once in the room, the remote control for the television did not work. And the hairdryer was not working as well. 🙁
