Incredibly wonderful family hotel owned by Diego and Donatella. One of the warmest experiences we have had this summer Jun 28 - July 2 among our 3 trips in total to Italy since this year) The room was very clean and comfortable with air conditioning, breakfast was always excellent. However, the most appreciation goes to Diego and Donatella, who made the stay really warm. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel right at home. Diego even offered bicycles, allowing us to enjoy a lovely evening ride. Really enjoyed every day staying in that place and would return here for the next stay in Rimini.

The hotel is right by the sea, surrounded by cafes and shops. You can go to many places on foot. I flew in early in the morning, but they were already waiting for me. They gave me a room and I didn't have to wait 2 pm to check in. Very bright and cozy room, cleaned every day. Delicious breakfast and lovely Italian atmosphere.

So, so clean! This family owned hotel is superb! The owners are fantastic and genuinely enjoy engaging with travellers. The breakfast was the best we have ever seen: huge assortment, beautifully presented, smiles from staff and a gluten free basket of goodies for the coeliac in our family! We can’t recommend highly enough!

Nothing; it was exceptional!

As many reviews have said, the hosts were very kind and so nice! The place had a lot of character and the newly remodeled room was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast too!

Water pressure on the 3rd floor could have been better.

My family has been in this hotel couple of nights in the end of North Italian trip, where we used 8 hotels in Milan, Verona, Mestre, Venice, Bologna, San Marino, etc. Shortly, if you are looking for the best service, reasonable price and so very atmosphere this hotel is for you! I highly recommend everyone! I’m so happy, with everything there! That is gold place! I promise! Thank you!!!

Staying at Hotel Barbiani was a great experience. From the first minute of entering we felt welcomed. The owner and her son are delightful people, very accommodating. For the staff, a big thanks! Our room was on the 2nd floor. It was super clean, we had a mini fridge inside, comfortable beds, clean linens and towels, toiletries, tv, AC, a small balcony with two chairs. The proximity of the hotel to the beach was important for us and it was fulfilled. The breakfast was a buffet and you could for sure find something for everyone (different breads, marmalade, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, butter, olives, some veggies and fruits, pastries, etc). Overall we were impressed with the staff, the cleaning and the food for a hotel with not so many stars. I would put an extra virtual one to it.😊

Actually I liked everything. The only thing I could think about is the noise in the morning, with other hotel guests waking up very early (doors shutting, dogs barking, etc), but this is something we expected because we know that many Italian buildings are not well sound proofed. Knowing this and that this could happen literally in any Italian hotel, it should not be taken as a negative aspect.

The shower head needs to be replaced and the toilet drain needs to be repaired as it was leaking, and I wanted a bigger refrigerator, and sometimes the neighbors upstairs were noisy. Otherwise everything is fine

The most amazing service, great people and their thoughtfulness was something unusual. Nice renovated spacious rooms with good AC and fridge. Very nice varied breakfast with fresh orange juice and specialty coffees. It was also super, that we got to use their bikes for free.

I liked that it is not directly on the beach, but in a quiet side small street. The host was very nice, absolutely professional, the way she treats guests should be taught. I liked that there was always music playing in the hall and reception. The breakfast was delicious, I did not experience any noise from the neighboring rooms, which many people complained about in the reviews. I felt very comfortable here.

The shower could be a little more spacious. Or I should lose weight. :-)

Incredible family. They are helpful. Rooms are very good. Location is incredible. Our baby had a relax sleep. It is hard to find that kind of quality bed and pillow. Climate working very good. Breakfast was rich and delicios. Thanks again Barbia family, see you next time!
