The check-in process was smooth, even though we arrived late. The receptionist was friendly and attentive. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s location has both advantages and disadvantages. As a light sleeper, I found the external noise a bit disturbing, but if you're planning to explore Sopot, the location is ideal. The breakfast was excellent, with attentive staff who seemed to read your mind. Truly exceptional service. I particularly loved the à la carte options, despite the buffet offering a wide variety. The spa and wellness area were good, but I believe there's room for improvement. It was great that guests could book the sauna for privacy, though there wasn’t a designated space to relax afterward. A bit more attention to this would enhance the experience. The holistic massage I received was great, though I found it a bit distracting to hear conversations from the spa reception. Despite this, it was still a good experience overall.

Great location, beautiful interior deco. Comfortable bed. It was nice cosy and quiet in our room. Good wi-fi. Nice bathroom/ shower. Stuff very nice and helpful.

Cleanliness not ideal. Lime scale in the corners of the shower doors and other crevices. Also inside the kettle I found dirt and yellow residue. There was not enough of sugar, coffee , tea and milk in the room.

The locations of the hotel is prefect! it is close everywhere, restaurants, shops, Monciak, Sopot Molo, a nice walk every morning. We did not have any food in the hotel, but coffee is delicious! The room we stayed in was very specious, with a big bathroom and very comfortable beds, even though the our room was facing the main street to Monciak, no noise was coming through. You are arrange a bicycle to be rented from the hotel, very good equipment at a good price.

Beautiful building with classy atmosphere, best location in town just minutes from the train stop, friendly and pro staff, cozy room and... rich breakfast that nearly killed me cuz I wanted to taste everything, too many times. 😋 Fine bar and terrace for a night cap. Will certainly return! 👌🌻

The non-stop muzak backdrop is rather annoying. But... only one geezer's opinion...

The hotel was fantastic, great location, extremely comfortable. Staff were very courteous and extremely helpful with providing knowledge of local area, places of interest, and things to do. Anytime we approached staff for info or advicethey went out of their way to help. Facilities within the hotel was good. Would definitely recommend for anyone. Best location in town next door to train (2 min walk) restaurants and pubs. The pier and beach is unbelievable, fantastic scenery.

the location of this hotel is ideal, very convenient and easy to get to the main attractions of Sopot. Breakfast was very tasty with a lot of options to choose from. The rooms are specious, with comfy beds, and even though we were facing the high street, we did not hear a thing at night, slept throughout. I will definitely go back to that place.

Outstanding hotel giving free update to the Baltic Suite. This was immaculate, spacious and with a charming view over central Sopot. The breakfast offered a wide range of excellent Polish and international dishes. The staff was young, attentive, friendly and very pleasant. Sopot is a city coming to life at night and we'll worth a visit!

The location is perfect. 9 minutes walk to the sea via beautiful streets and dance house. The hotel is right in the center, I think. Very close to tram and bus stops, so you can easily get to the airport. The room is immaculate, modern and just beautiful. the bar/restaurant in the hotel is great. They make perfect Negroni, and I definitely recommend a meal on lava stone. it is very convenient that the hotel has SPA on the -1 floor. Got wonderful 90 minutes of Thai massage.

Great location and staff, I stay here every year and the standard remains very high. Completely seamless experience every time.

Initially got a room that was a bit claustrophobic, but upon my request I was moved to a more spacious room. Minor glitch and all resolved.

Spacious, well designed, super clean room, well equipped with a comfortable bed. The wide selection of food at the breakfast. Extremely nice and kind staff. Perfect location!
