This was my third or fourth stay, and I am already looking forward to my next visit. The staff is so professional and hospitable. The breakfast is a royal feast. There are plenty of spaces for families with young children, in addition to the pool. For me, this hotel is a writing retreat. I am able to unplug, reflect and relax. I treated myself to one of the cocktails, made with local herbs - Paradise cocktail - look for it in the menu. Can't wait to be back!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the property. The customer service was exceptional, and the reception staff went above and beyond to assist us—especially Valentina, She was aware it was my birthday and surprised me with a delicious cake, which was a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Additionally, our room was upgraded, and we were kindly offered a late check-out at 1:00 PM, which made our stay even more comfortable. The pool staff were equally impressive. Tikin Hermine, in particular, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, the entire team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, warmth, and a high standard of customer service. I sincerely appreciate their efforts and look forward to returning.

The jacuzzi water is not hot

Best Western Dilijan is a top choice for our family. The location, with its beautiful mountain views, combined with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly service, makes it one of the best hotels in Armenia. We always enjoy the delicious food and relaxing amenities.

The location was very nice and magical view of the Dilijan forest and mountain. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean and the personnel were also very nice and helpful. It is a resort that we will come back to to relax and enjoy nature. The sauna, pool, table tennis, billiard, massage, and breakfast were also amazing.

we loved our stay! we were upgraded to a huge deluxe room with jacuzzi and 3 balconies, it was extremely comfortable. the food was great and the stuff exceptional! lively pool, nice hot sauna, a great walk on the mountain above the hotel - we absolutely enjoyed. hopefully we’ll be back!

The Hotel deserves its name, it's really PARADISE!!! Great location, amazing food, very friendly, polite and kind staff, ready to help with anything you need.
