Can imagine that it used to be a very good resort some years ago: with full sets of facilities, good location, dedicated canteen/lakeside bar, private port and lake shore beach. Have standard room and family villa type rooms as well. The staff are very welcoming and supportive, though English is not very popular here - totally understandable. The breakfast is quite good, enough choices for a countryside stylish. Having dedicated parking area, easy to drive to reach to the peninsula and Sevan downtown area.

The room facilities are quite old, though seeing the worker are upgrading public area these days, expecting they could upgrade rooms as well in the future.

I like location is great, it is close to beach, the clean pool, handsome staff, especially Maria in reception was friendly and communicative. The hotel was very quiet and you can enjoy your rest.

The prices were very high in cafe, our daily water they forgot to bring us. The room especially the floor and bathroom was not enough clean. You can get to the nearest Semoyi mot restaurant or Tsovagyux market to eat something much more cheap than in cafe belong to the hotel.

First small room we reserved had too much road noise and tv disconnection and plumbing problem they changed to one of their two bedrooms without any additional cost to us was great two bedrooms one queen an two single bed upstairs and a sofa bed and bathroom downstairs. But TV and refrigerator didn't work.

The exterior of the resort was so beautiful. It’s located on one of the most beautiful coastlines of Sevan Lake. I liked the pool; it was really nice. The staff were so friendly.

The room was very narrow, and the bed was old. It was noisy to move while lying down and, in general, it was uncomfortable.

The cottage was nice, the pool was clean and the food was good.

The resort was very close to the highway, which made it difficult to relax. And there were ants everywhere.

Beautiful spot just next to Sevan lake, beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast was so generous and delicious. Staff were polite.

The weather was cold and there was no hot water to have a shower.

we us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I would highly recommend Bohemian resort to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to return!
