Ms. Arevik has made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciate her warm welcome and willingness to assist us with everything we need. Our family had a fantastic vacation, especially during our stay at Alpina Resort. Ms. Arevik was extremely accommodating, helpful, and genuinely friendly. We even decided to extend our stay because the kids had so much fun enjoying the hotel facilities. The villa we stayed in was exceptional—spotlessly clean, spacious with everything we needed, and the room temperature was just perfect. The hotel also fulfilled all our requests, making our stay even more comfortable. This is definitely a place we’d love to return to in Armenia. Plus, its location is excellent, with easy access to the market, restaurants and ski resort.

The locatiion was good in a quiet area up the hill, in 10 min can get to the town center. It was kid friendly, they have playroom for kids and outside playground. Receptionists were very polite and helpful.

Food. Breakfast was ok, but lunch and dinner very limited, not much to chose. Besides the quantity of food was not enough for everyone. If you come 10 min late for the lunch or dinner set time, you risk to stay hungry.

This is a very good hotel that offers value for money. The rooms are very comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised by how good the breakfast was. I highly recommend it.

The children's room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though there were signs prohibiting smoking. I believe the management should take action against those who violate the rules. However, in good faith, when I reported this issue, they gave us another room, and I appreciate that.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel! There was nothing to complain about. Every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

The current curtains in the room do not provide adequate blackout coverage, and as a result, the strong outside light makes it difficult for us to rest properly

The location is right by the city center, the area is very nice, surrounded with pine trees. The cottage was very cozy, everything was clean. The personnel was very friendly! We really enjoyed our stay!

The cottage was a bit run down. We rented the sauna/swimming pool (which you need to pay extra for, but you get the small pool, sauna and jacuzzi all to yourself), and it was also slightly run down, although everything seemed clean.

Nice view from Balcony, a bit old but not bad. It’s clean too. When we arrived, we literally have to use Google translate since the reception cannot speak nor understand English so well. Good thing next day morning and during our last day of stay, 2 ladies was there for us, named lily. She was so nice and accommodate us for late check in or at least keep our baggage since we are going back to Yerevan late.

The breakfast can have more variety, but sausage & egg is a plus also the staff can give more smile in order for the guest to feel more welcomed. Plus, I am not sure but it is really hot in the room despite of being cold outside. There is no A/C for at least cooling the room a bit… literally sweating & mostly my kids.

A good relatively new budget hotel 10 minutes walk from the center of Tsaghkadzor and it's restaurants, shops and a bus stop to Yerevan. Large and comfortable rooms with balconies, fast internet, acceptable buffet breakfast, large playground in the hotel courtyard.

The pool turned out to be a paid service at a cost of 7,000 drams ($20) per hour.

Everything was great and I recommend staying at this hotel to everyone. It will be my choice for future trips.

The food was not to my taste and I think the menu needs to be revised. We had two consecutive chicken meals with no other main choices. For example, the type of cheese and ham did not change.
