Everything was amazing, the location, the service, the staff at the reception, the hotel is well equipped, even the gym was very good. And a special BIG THANK YOU to the wonderful chef "Mohamed Refaat" and the amazing "Arsen" for the hospitality, professionalism and politeness, they really made us feel like we're staying at home. Definitely recommended!

In general it was very good, the room, restaurant, pool, massage was very good.

No AC difficulty sleeping at night even with open windows

The cottage was brilliant - spacious and really nice. The bathroom was also nice and clean. As a 2 bed cottage, I would love to have a home like this :-) We had to wait a while before our cottage was alloted but Karen at the front desk was kind to offer a room temporarily for us to relax and also had a BIG fruit tray delivered to the cottage on account of this. That was very kind of him. The live music, on a Wednesday, was great. That evening vibe was wonderful. So easy and inexpensive to book a Yandex cab to visit the monestary nearby and also the Cable Car and Zipline.

The property itself is built on a small area. There is expansion taking place but thats more from accomodation perspective. Overall, would have been nice if the property itself had a larger land area since it is also a resort. And also at least one additional restaurant.

Everything in the hotel is superb. The cleanliness and comfortability of the rooms and the facilities. The restaurant serves sumptuous breakfast. Special mention to Alsen in the resto as he made our dining experience smoot...from the breakfast to dinner. He even assists us for some personal request. Another plus factor is the heated swimming pool!! Its good to have that nice plunge while there is a heavy snowfall outside. The garden covered with snow is a picturesque...it was a haven to my son who just cant stop playing with the snow!!

Great location with free shuttle to the ropeway. Walking distance from Kecharis Monastery and plenty of restaurants. Cottage was well equipped and comfortable for a family- called to ask them to make up the fire in our room. Cottage also had underfloor heating and was very warm. Breakfast was average however for the price it was fine. The restaurant served exceptional a la carte dishes and they had a live violinist. Staff could be a little friendlier (especially in the kids club) and there is some construction going on around the hotel (although this was not currently being worked on, maybe due to the snow, so there was no disturbance to us).

Said on the website guests were provided free ski rental and helmets and this was not the case - these were chargeable.

Hotel is really good. Staff helpful and friendly. Room small, but comfy. Also there is pool in the hotel (different building) and it is free of charge for hotel visitors. If you want to visit it, no need to take anything from room (only your sweem suite) as you will get all at the pool reception. Breakfast good and delicious. Free parking.

Perfect Family hotel , perfect location , easy to reach city center by Walk and Taxi , several options of comfort , beautiful pool , nice evening singer , sitting in open air is amazing , very big cottage with all facilities .

Hotel is not oriented to Arab requirements of cleaning in Toilet ( no washing hose ) , breakfast is very average in compare with the Rate , more pork than other proper food for muslims , staff need to enhance the English , steam and Sauna timing must be extended to the morning instead of ( 18:00 - 23:00 )

Very pleasant, homely atmosphere. The staff is attentive. Especially nice that there is a swimming pool and sauna. The whole hotel is very clean and well maintained. The hotel restaurant has a large selection of delicious dishes from different cuisines of the world.

Few guests in the hotel but this is because there is no snow and it is certainly not a problem of the hotel, but only this I can say in disadvantage.

The hotel was clean, which was a very important criterion for me. The staff was welcoming and responsive. I stayed with my mother, and there was an incident where our neighbors were arguing at night, disturbing her sleep. When we informed the receptionist, they resolved the issue quickly. Overall, the staff was helpful and supportive with all our questions. My mother also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, and the cafeteria staff was very pleasant as well.

One suggestion I have is to add an additional chair in the standard rooms for two people. Currently, there is only one chair, so the second person has to sit on the bed. This is just a small thing to consider :)

The hotel location is near to the ropeway, the cottage is very spacious,well maintained, neat and clean. The staffs are very friendly. Value for money. Our kids enjoyed.
