I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was fantastic—spotlessly clean, neat, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was well thought out, from the bedding to the amenities. The service was exceptional; the staff really went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. It was my husband’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel even surprised us with a special treat in our room—such a nice touch! The hotel also had some great facilities. I loved the fact that there was a bowling alley on-site and a unique Caucasus restaurant in the underground level. A couple of tips: make sure you bring your passports, and if you're traveling with kids, don't forget their birth certificates.

We stayed at the 2 bed cottage. Pros - The interiors were exceptional. The layout of the cottage was efficient providing comfort, privacy and an authentic experience. The beds were super comfortable. Master bathroom really well designed and spacious. Felt more like a home and less of a hotel. Cons - No telephone in the cottage made it difficult to reach room service. I had to whastapp the receptionist for everything. Toilets should have a water jet or bidet! There are (big) dogs in the property. They are friendly but they kept hanging around our cottage as our neighbor kept feeding them. Plus they would howl at night which made it hard to get sound sleep on the first night. The second day when the neighbors left, so did the dogs and the nights thereafter were peaceful. There is an amazing restaurant next to the hotel called Pur which made it convenient for us and to not rely on the hotel room service. Please bring sufficient water bottles with you as the hotel only provides 4 water bottles per day. Although the kitchen is equipped there are no basic groceries provided such as oil and salt. The cottages face each other so privacy is limited and there are no great views from the cottage. Overall its a super comfortable and authentic experience living inside the cottage for a family and in that sense i think its one of the best in town. Hotel staff were nice but the service level was not of top guest centric hospitality standards but that's been my experience of Armenia in general so i didn't expect any different here.

Was an amazing experience and the staff took great care of me, especially Artur at reception. Even if we could not understand each other's languages, we tried and had a good laugh. Artur extended a late checkout for me which was super helpful to finish packing AND see the snow falling! WOW! Great location, super comfy and spacious room and will be sure to visit again. I would recommend to have a concierge service available - a bit tricky to try and plan and figure out what to do and how to go about skiing. The team was very helpful and made some recommendations but I still had to learn everything there is to do as it is a small place. Locals know better.

great location,beautiful sunrise from balcony,great view on mountains and valley,the good air,altitude1800 m,close to chairlift,beautiful monastery,bank,barber cafes,restaurants ,the hotel director made us feel at home,all requests were taken care of immediately,great language competence in different languages,helped to settle a money exchange problem we had with the bank spacious free parking,spacious and comfortable room right next to the gym,that is what we had asked for , definitely a place to come back

Great, cozy, modern hotel in the ski town of Tshaghadzor. Ski rentals available on site, regular free shuttles to and fro ropeway, the ski lodge. central location with great restaurants within walking distance. beautiful panoramic views from the room and hotel. hotel staff very accommodating and helpful and went over and beyond, including helping us find a local taxi at 11pm to go to the airport.

While our room was somewhat cleaned, the bed wasn’t remade, or used towels removed from the room. Breakfast was great but starts at 9am, which I think is a bit late if you want to catch the 9:30am shuttle for skiing.

room is clean and gives you the full view of the mountain ideal loft type and spacious family accommodation. very good location ideal for a night walk within commercial street of Orbeli. Friendly and accommodating staff, providing their best assistance, very helpful Location and the nightlife vibe accessibility to nearby restaurant.

Advance notice if there is some event going on and cannot able to use the amenities or restaurant/cafe in the hotel. If there is a notice, give information for another option they can provide. Other than that, staffs and the hotel is accommodating and quality of service is highly satisfactory.

Very well located in center ,adjourning restras and live life and best part is activities in front of hotel . Market is just 100 meters ,monestry is 200 meter . Staff very cooperative .Full value for money ,room big and views of mountain is amazing .

Breakfast to have some more international options for both veg and non veg eaters . Need some improvement .

Staff wasn't very friendly when I checked in but I think it's just language barrier. after that they were all very nice

We got free upgrade to a luxury room, which is very nice - large, with nice sofa and a tub. It was warm enough. You have a tavern in the basement of the hotel, so it is very convenient. All in all the hotel is good value for your money.

It would be nice to have more parking spaces in front of the hotel. The breakfast was not impressive, but above average in other armenian hotels.

Felt the warm welcome from Arsen the general manager of the hotel and the receptionist on V Day - 14th of Feb. They upgraded my room and actually showed me 3 options which is awesome! Room I chose is massive for a solo traveller like me but took advantage of the upgrade 😄. The stay is sooo perfect as the location is just so near at the Tsaghkazdor Ropeway- like a 5-8min drive and worth usd1 thru yandex. Breakfast starts at 9 and with various food options… but they don’t serve hot chocolate 😭.
