Being next to a creek and in the green. something you do not find so fast in Armenia. The local cat was also very friendly, which means she is treated well and this tells you a lot about a place. If animals on a facility were always scared or you feel that they are not treated well, you can guess how guests are treated.

There were still some people smoking inside. I also believe some of them were hotel employees. The moment, someone starts to light a cigarette inside, they should be told off.

Everything was excellent. Very friendly staff, very nice and lovely nature around the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is gorgeous, it's great idea to have the cooks preparing breakfast in the morning just in the hall for guests. Different entertaining possibilities. Thank you very much. Nothing like a lovely, open air bar, unused riverside, awful coffee. Wet, wearing the swimming suit, am I supposed to get to the room via the reception gate?!

Incredible stay for the family. Kids especially loved it service 10/10. So many amazing staff members.

Nice hotel! Surrounded by hills, covered with forests. Small river just under the windows - we had nice evening on the terasse with a bottle of wine! Staff helpful. Very good breakfast!!

comfy bed friendly and helpful staff though very few spoke any English.

though the complex was large and remote it had no ATM we had to travel 30 mins by taxi to reach the nearest shop and ATM

Overall everything was good and comfortable, decent food, beautiful location.

It was very noisy, rooms are not very soundproof. The indoor pool is very small.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location as well was great.

It's probably a little more expensive than expected.
