I booked on behalf of my brother and his wife and report their feedbacks. They traveled to Yerevan for the Jennifer Lopez concert on 03 August 2025, and stayed for five nights and six days at this hotel, in one of their villa-style rooms (Superior Double Room)that can accommodate up to four people, 3 adults and 1 child ,up to 4 years old. The hotel has many positive points and only a few negatives, which I’ll summarize here. One of the biggest highlights is the large Aqua park and multiple indoor and outdoor swimming pools, along with dry and steam saunas and a jacuzzi — features that really set this hotel apart from others in the city center. Friends of ours staying at other hotels would come here just to use the Aqua park, paying depending on whether it was a weekday or weekend, while for us hotel guests, it was completely free. This special perk alone makes some of the hotel’s minor flaws much less noticeable. As for service, the reception staff were generally good (although Armenians tend to be more reserved and not overly smiley). Ms. Margarit at reception was especially helpful with our requests. On the first day, we asked for bathrobes since we were visiting the Aqua park frequently, and they brought them to our door right away. Every day, she even used her personal phone to order us Yandex taxis (the Armenian ride-hailing service) — something other hotels might not do for guests. Another positive point is the size of the property — it’s huge, like some Antalya resorts, covering several hectares. It’s very green, with beautiful fruit trees, and when you head out in the morning for breakfast or activities, it feels like walking through a lush park with plenty of great photo spots. Breakfast is another strong point. In summer, it’s served outdoors under shaded areas, and the variety is excellent — they even served skewered kebabs and rice dishes as part of breakfast. Drinks included orange juice, apple juice, mango juice, tea, coffee, Nescafé, and milk.

Few negative points: 1. The room decor is a bit old, though everything was clean and tidy. 2. There was no one to help with our luggage, so we had to carry it ourselves after check-in. 3. Grounds maintenance could be better — for example, we saw a beer bottle lying on the grass for several days. Also, when cleaning our room, the floor wasn’t mopped, although the rest of the cleaning (bedsheets, towels, trash bins) was done well. The Aqua park and pools were also kept clean. One small inconvenience: to use the water attractions, you need to get a permission slip from reception each time. It only takes about two minutes, but I recommend booking a room near the reception building so you don’t have to walk far.

Overall its a memorable & serene experience away from the bustle of the city, the setting and ambiance are quite lively in the nest of nature. The full rejuvenation package, which includes a water park and gymnastics, is followed by a nutritious brunch.

Mattresses need to be replaced because they are a little worn out from wear and tear. The noise coming from the AC compressor needs to be fixed. Some rooms don't have good WiFi signals. Additionally, if you don't arrive in time to get breakfast before 10:00 am (though the time is upto 11:00 am), refills might not be sufficient.

The staff was amazing - kind and hospitable. The manager was especially amazing. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast was diverse and the dishes were tasty and fresh. The location is perfect if you are with car - and there is free parking included. The inside pool complex were a huge added bonus.

The daily cleaning was really poorly done. Sometimes they forgot to sweep and/or mop the floor and during our 8 days stay they never cleaned the shower and rarely touched the faucet as well.

Very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Very good breakfast (different every day). The biggest advantage is the free use of Indoor swimming pool (the water was ideal - warm, but not too hot) and gym. I highly recommend visiting this hotel. The staff was always helpful and polite.

The only one disadvantage is the location (it is around 15-20 minutes from the center with bus or taxi). There is a bus stop 5 minutes away from the hotel.

Very nice and comfortable cottages, children like them very much, specially with balcony, there are two bathrooms, no problem with parking, huge akvapark. The most important that the meal is very tasty everywhere and breakfast is really very good! Staff is very polite, speaking in Russian and English, very helpful and nice ❤️

Carpets are little bit ols and need good cleaning every day.

Receptionist Margretta and aquatek receptionist and aquatek indoor cleaner lady staff were very cooperative and friendly, overall vibe was very good with greenery all around, just little far from city but I guess it was worth to stay in such hotel. - Best regards, Ashish & Alisha

Room cleaning should be done everyday and some staff should be more polite other than few receptionist i mentioned.

Bathroom facilities are worn and need to be renovated, but nothing critical. Everything works, it just looks old Bed sheets are too synthetic, it even gives spark when you touch it Mattress is old and uncomfortable

room was massive but the spa inside room was being used as a storage room so don’t know why I was charged so much for the room
