We stayed in room no.4 on the second floor. - This room has two rooms and a large shared balcony, which is very useful - Private bathroom is a big plus - The host is friendly and speaks good English. - The surroundings of the hotel are quiet and easily accessible from Yandex. - Affordable price

Nice hotel, I’ll stay here in my future travels with this price, and these are just some suggestions for becoming even better: - Simple breakfast - The mattresses are soft and you may feel back pain after sleeping for a few nights. - The room with the door to the balcony has good air circulation and has an air conditioner, but the other room has an half-open window and gets a bit hot at nights and has no air conditioner. It would be nice to have air conditioners in both rooms and the window can be fully opened.

The staff at La Casa Hotel Yerevan in Yerevan were very nice and able to communicate in English, which was helpful. Additionally, I apparently received a free upgrade on arrival since the room I booked was unavailable. The room was also well-equipped, featuring a fridge and kettle, and the bathroom was nice, and of a great size.

The hotel is not located very close to the city center or some of the main attractions in Yerevan. The room's arrangement also seemed a bit odd to me, with the door leading directly to the road, no fence, privacy only kept by a curtain.

The location is really nice, a bit away from the busy road. It’s not in the centre but we never took a bus/taxi and explored the city by walking. The staff is absolutely welcoming, supportive and easy to talk to. The room was equipped with everything we needed during our stay and had a nice design and a huge bed, which was more than enough for us two. The breakfast was pretty good, we were full each day :)

There was a bathroom near our room, which was used by guests, who did not have a bathroom in their room and it was pretty loud at times.

Hotel was beautiful, modern, well-maintained and in a sum - great value for money. Especially the host - Mariam was very attentive and hospitable, she literally saved us from staying outside when the other hotel told us they were overbooked and cared for our overall experience!

The hotel is not far from the city centre, plus there is a busstop nearby. But for some reasons, the Google Navigator does not see the hotel's address, so the taxi driver had to go around in circles. The personnel was extremely friendly and ready to help. The breakfasts were tasty, but could have been more diverse.

The rooms on the ground floor open up right to the roadway, so it is worth improving the privacy - maybe by putting the trees in front of the rooms more densely, or putting some fence.

In fact, I spent about a month here. The host is friendly and helpful, ready to solve any issues. I did appreciate accommodation, especially a balcony in the house. Breakfasts were great (but should consider this option available only for extra pay). I would definitely stay here again.

I wish quality of Wi-Fi was better. Also, you should consider the fact that there is a road next to the place, so it could be noisy a little bit, especially during night, albeit I was fine with my earplugs.

Fantastic daily menu breakfast type buffet. Maryam and Nbard were helpful all the time. The place is quiet and offer a nice panoramic view to the city in the terrace. Take the bus 27 or 77 to reach city center and viceversa

The air conditioner did not refrigerate properly.

It is a clean room with in modern style. The room had all necessary things. There was a common balcony with a beautiful view of the city. Friendly staff.

This place is a bit far from city center if you prefer to walk, about 15 minutes to go for nearest big store.

Hotel is very good. The room was nice clean and super comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. I would absolutely recommend the hotel!

It's a homey feeling and welcoming.

Just breakfast is a little late especially we came here for tours; Tour starts usually @ 9:00.
