I worked some days so I needed a quiet location so Regineh hotel was great, with a fantastic view of Mount Ararat. The pool was great too (although it opened and closed a bit too early for my liking). The staff was extra helpful and the breakfast was pretty good, with many local products and a good selection. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay at your hotel. Thank you.

As mentioned above, the pool was great but in my opinion, it opened and closed a bit too early. You want to sit by the pool after a long day working or sight-seeing... It's just a hassle to have to book a taxi to go to town every single day - it's the only concern I have. This would not have mattered should we had rented a car. I'll remember this for next time!

Nice hotel. Very reasonable breakfast. And with some nice touches: slippers, water bottles replenished every day, fridge,...

In a 4-star hotel with many positive things, it is not understandable that the replacement of toilet paper would be done at the bare minimum. The location is not the best, being outside the center and requiring all trips to be made by taxi - which may not even be a significant problem, considering that in Yerevan, taxis are very accessible and work very well.

It was a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The food also was good and the room has a good air conditioner. The pool also was very nice and the view from the pool was fabulous.

The hotel was nice, but it was located in the not good place - although it was not far from the center of the city, but it is not possible to get in the center without a taxi. There were also some minuses in the hotel during my stay, but the very nice attitude from the staff compensated it.

The pool was amazing.You can swim enjoy Amazon views(Ararat Mountain).

It's about 2 kilometers to the city center, but the hotel is on a very steep hill, so the journey is difficult. A taxi costs 2 euros, but no taxi wants to go up that hill. You have to wait a long time.

My room was clean & comfortable, best of all was the view ov Mount Ararat. Good buffet breakfast, but only starts at 8am so you miss out if you are on an early tour as I was. Helpful, friendly staff.

I didn't like its wifi well, because it has poor internet connection, for example when I was inside the room, it didn't connection well. Maybe they should install or update new cellular.

Breakfast was OK. Location was OK. Beats sleeping under a bridge/in the car at any time.

Massive cobweb in the corner of the room. Did think that i was going to be kidnapped by a massive spider at one point. Somebody was assembling some heavy machinery in the middle of the night.

Very nice welcoming reception , they helped us each time we needed , hotel is clean and not far walking distance from the city if you have energy to go up and down walking . I would like to thank the hotel as our departure was in the evening , and they allowed us to stay more 6 hours for free , if we will visit Armenia again , i will for sure book in the same hotel .

Breathtaking views of Mount Ararat the best in Yerevan. The restaurant manager was amazing super helpful a real gentleman he made our stay feel extra special thank you Arkadi for all your help we will most certainly be back.

Hotel was a little bit dated could do with an upgrade to make it a little bit more modern.

stayed there 4 nights/5days but as we were family of 4 and we all arrived/leaved different days we had to make multiple reservations. the staff helped us with that and everything went really smoothly. really clean rooms and tasty breakfast.

the wifi in one of the rooms was not working properly for the majority of our stay. the other room did not have any issues. also the rooms are quite dark and the lights can be stronger.
