The place is nice and spacious. The staff are nice and kind and will always accommodate you to book a taxi going to city center.

1. Not in the city center, taxi from city center to the hotel charge more than double the amount of the booked taxi from the hotel. And also carlift from the airport is expensive if you let them charge you too much because they said the location is far from city center, but don’t be fooled by transport service from the airport, maximum amount they charge you going to hotel should be less than 4000 Armenian Dram not 15k-20k, because normal rate is only 1,900-3,400. 2. No electric kettle in the room.

Great View onto the City Yerevan, nice breakfast with a little too loud music :) and very friendly stuff. Meditative Hill climbing every day to and from the city back to high altitude hotel location. Feels a bit like returning to your Zen-Buddhist Monastery :) But it keeps you in shape. Taxi and Bus is no solution, due to all day traffic jam.

There is no spa and no pool like in the description. The location looks nearby the city on the map, but beware of the sporty climbing experience of the high altitude. The hotel could get some renovation and the Wifi, especially in the evening hours, is almost not useable.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, and the location was convenient, offering a nice view of the city. The desk staff was very friendly and spoke English well. Both the woman who managed the restaurant and a gentleman on the staff were particularly helpful and welcoming. When I asked to store my water in their refrigerator, they were more than happy to assist.If you're traveling by car, this hotel is in a great location. It's just a 10-minute drive to downtown, which saves you from paying higher prices for a central location. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking, which is a great convenience.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. First, the hotel did not restock the water in the refrigerator daily, and the rooms were not cleaned daily either, which was disappointing. Another issue was the parking situation. While the website mentioned free parking, I assumed there would be a dedicated parking lot on the premises. Instead, the parking is in the surrounding area, which has limited capacity. On one occasion, I had to wait about 30 minutes for a parking spot to become available, which was quite frustrating.

Personel behavior was ok, they were so kind, breakfast was ok and if you are traveling with your pet, its the hotel you need

The Rooms was different from each other, we reserved 2 different room with a same price, one of the rooms had a TV but the other one didn't have, instead of this the other had hairdryer but the other room didn't, Phone was in the bathroom, i was sleep and the phone rings, i had to go to the bathroom to answer it.

The staff were pleasant especially front desk receptionist Lianna. She was very kind, helpful and polite. She spoke fluent English and that made our communication easier. She called taxi for us many times. When we arrived at the hotel our room was not available so my husband and I were upgraded to a suit for the same price. That was really nice. The hotel itself was clean and we had clean sheets and towels everyday. Our room was on the sixth floor and we had lovely views of Mount Ararat and the city. WiFi was good in our room.

there is 2 guys i want to commend the receiving receptionist when we get there i wasnt get their names since it was a little hard but the guy on duty august 02,2023 around 9:30 in the evening and the guy August 03,2023 (he is fair in complexion and a little chubby) same time 9:00 pm.. he was accommodating despite of the language barrier

i got a wound in the side of the bed in room 202.. i have told 2 receptionist and told me that they will send a person to fix it but it didn't happened at all. i checked out and still there is a nail in the small bed

Location, the view from hotel, breakfast

The hotel was good. I didn't like it when they argued with me that I used the mini bar in my room. I don't drink and still have to debate. So all who check in make sure on the items in the fridge and update the reception accordingly. The stay was nice, breakfast was good, location And view from hotel was amazing. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

-The breakfast was really delicious and varied . -The view of the mountain and the city is really attractive, and I can see the distant high mountain peaks, and the view of the sunrise and also the sunset is very beautiful. Glory be to God who created this beauty. -The room is spacious and comfortable. -The hotel is located on a hill.

-The bed mattress is so low that it makes my legs hit the edges of the bed. -It is not possible to pay with bank cards. -When the wind blows, there is a creak coming from the main window in the room. -The main carpet in the room is a bit worn out.

The receptionist was really nice. Views of Yerevan from the 7th floor are amazing.

I put the plug in the washbasin to wash a shirt but couldn't find any way to get it out so the sink was then full of water with no mechanism to release it. Recommend checking things like this.

I don’t really know why people write all those bad things, with that price thats an amazing hotel, otherwise if you have higher standards pay more and you will get better one. Service is good, breakfast is Ok, lobby is very nice and room size also normal. The only thing I would remove are those old carpets which smell like an old 90ies, all the rest is totally fine!
