I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my experience was perfect. The location is ideal, with easy access to local attractions and great dining options nearby. I can't wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

I reserved my room from the Booking.com app which was really trustable and honest. I was able to make my reservation without any pre-payment. The front desk was really kind, respectful , and helpful. In case of dissatisfaction, the staff immediately took care of it which is really heart warming.The rooms are totally like the pictures having been presented on app and there was no exaggeration. The staff were responsible. The hotel is clean ,and in a really nice location not far away from the Republic Square. There is a bank right next to the hotel where tourists can easily go to exchange currency . There is a first-rate restaurant near the hotel which is worth going. And on street side , so getting a taxi is really easy. The breakfast was good and healthy. Inside the room , everything is clean and there are some facilities to make the stay comfortable. Considering whatever I mentioned , I think the price is reasonable. Hope my comment would help you.

My room didn't have a window , and more breakfast options would be better. I wish the booking.com didn't require credit card number for pre-reservation because people like me coming from Iran, do not have an International credit card number which makes it difficult to do the reservation in advance. I appreciate the frond desk and all the staff for their kindness, and attentiveness.

The Hotel was located near tourist attraction like Republic Square and Cascades just walking distance like 10-15 mins walk. Wifi was okey! The breakfast pretty descent its what u paid, so don’t expect to much! I like the time breakfast served its as early as 8:30am cause I have an early tour of 10am so you can prepare and eat well. The Housekeeping staff was awesome! Though I didn’t asked to make up my room. They do so! When I came from my first day of tour . I was shocked its clean and they organize my things 5 star⭐️ but just might careful cause some guest they don’t want to clean their room unless they requested it., Everything was almost perfect! I recommended the hotel👍👍👍

The thing I didn’t like is that on my first Day the water on the ceiling is dripping on my bed I came from my flight from Yerevan airport I need to take a nap and sleep from a tired travel, but suddenly it happened it took like 10-15 minutes happened but its gone by the why the staff sorry to tell he can’t understand my english Im asking someone check my room cause of the water in the ceiling and also the AC its not cooling much, too noisy when Im putting it on the 18 degrees cooling temp, the location of my room was at the basement are room 11 its pretty descent and nice well still good👍👍👍

Very good breakfast, amazing location and comfortable room. The receptionists are extremely nice - she printed our boarding pass and allowed us to charge headphones with her charger since we forgot ours at home. If I would come to Yerevan again I would stay here again. Room service is every day, you receive a bottle of water, tea and coffee.

The room is indeed small and has a very low roof, however it didn't bother us much. I'm 177 cm and could hit the roof if standing on my fingers, so I guess for taller people could be a problem. The room also has no window to outside (there is a window to the hotel lobby), so there's not much fresh air, but it didn't bother us much, since you don't really stay the whole day in the room.

Certainly it had great value for money, the location is just perfect, it has everything u normally need, including a good shower with hot water, hair dryer, nice and large refrigerator and etc... . The breakfast was great too.

The rooms on the right side have short ceilings which can be uncomfortable if you're tall, especially while taking showers. So make sure to ask for other rooms if you are taller than average (more than 170)

Everything I need I had in the room. Good wifi, air conditioner working (important in summer). I liked location, near to all I needed. Some breakfast option is also convenient, not much choice but still nice to have.

They don’t have a sign for the door “do not disturb”. Sometimes it was a problem when cleaning service trying to come inside at the wrong moment. Only one room option with real windows.

Staff were friendly and accommodating to my requests. Breakfast was ok. Location isn’t on a busy street so that was good.

I had a ground floor corner room and the bed is right in front of the door, with the tv above the door. The wire of the electric kettle was very short, so the only way I can get it going is to balance on top of the toilet bowl. WiFi was a bit flimsy (keeps going on and off) and I had to sit by the door to have a decent signal for my zoom meeting. The wall heaters are permanently turned on as it was winter. As such, the room gets a bit hot and stuffy and I had to turn on the ac

The location of the hotel was amazing! Far enough from the center to not be loud, close enough to get everywhere pretty fast.

We had some hair on our bed which couldn’t belong to us as the hair was black and we are both blonde, so it was a bit disturbing. Also, there is not a good lightning in the room - it is a really strong one so not good before going to bed. There could be a smaller lamp to be able to read at night or just for a cozier atmosphere.

They have daily cleaning and the staff are really friendly and professional they will help you in the things you need while your staying with them location is near the republic square and it’s very accessible would like to commend the staff especially araksha and the other lady in the reception which we forgot to ask the name. It made our stay in yerevan very easy and would recommend it to everyone. They also serve breakfast. Rooms that they offered is the same as what they describe here in booking.com

Nice place, clean, has everything you need. We stayed for 3 nights and loved it. Every day bottles of water were brought to the room and the set of tea and coffee was renewed. Breakfast is in the form of a small buffet, there are fruits, vegetables, muesli, scrambled eggs/omelet, side dish and salad, a sandwich set of cheeses and sausages. Overall, filling, tasty, no complaints. Nice staff. Wi-fi is available, not always fast, but enough. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, but a person can step away and close the front door to the hotel. This can be easily solved from the inside - a bell on the counter. You probably need to call outside, but we were lucky, we didn’t have to wait long. If there will be a night entry/exit, it is safer to warn. But they shouldn’t go away for long.
