Staff are fluent English speakers which was helpeful when you're not up to speaking in Armenian about a technical matter. Room was maintained on a daily basis and fresh towels were provided. Aircon work despite it being 33 degrees centigrade outside. It wasn't much of a disturbance.

The photo of the hotel is lit up & enhanced to be super bright. The reality is that the hotel is not lit up at all and is a plain redbrick building. You'll miss it if you're looking for the former on streetview for example.

the location is very near and easy access to the center - within walking distance to Republic Square and Cascade. The breakfast is very rich and love the small corners with national stuff and fresh farm products. The staff is helpful and polite. The beds were quite softly comfortable and of good size.

The pillows are too soft and flat. You need to add two to feel properly and not be flat. The shower is linked to the toilet i.e. if you are not extra careful you can wet the floor up to the toilet. Didn't find it appropriate and comfortable.

It is a repeated stay. Hotel is huge and its architecture is impressive. The rooms I stayed in are very spacious and really comfortable. Location in the hotel is in a quieter street in 3 minutes walk from the Republic square. Perfect for my purposes. Breakfast fantastic - choice and freshness. I will come back again.

It was end of November and for some reason, corridor on my floor was freezing cold, there must have been an open window somewhere. It has not affected the room, luckily. Capacity of lifts during morning rush hours is totally insufficient.

We pretty much liked everything. The hotel and the room was spacious. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. I appreciate that we added an extra bed for our kid at the last moment and the hotel was able to accommodate us.

I found a bit inconvenient that there was no explanation of use of the safe box, so we had to ask for help, but the staff were super helpful. Also we had to go down to open the wine we bought as I’m guessing there was a bad experience with leaving the stuff for it in the rooms. Also some younger kids had a loud party nearby but that was over quite fast.

The highlight of this hotel is their staff! They are absolutely wonderful and do it all to make sure you have a lovely stay. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was okay (some days it was great and other days it’s wasn’t that good). The location of the hotel is great!

Perhaps breakfast could be improved to be consistently good everyday and not just for couple of days

Spacious room, comfortable working desk as well as cushion chair, great comfort for both sleeping and working, fantastic breakfast, helpful staff. Hotel in central Yerevan 3 minutes from main institutions. Very good price, very good lobby bar. It is not my first stay and not my last. See you soon!

I was surprised by the cold temperature in the corridor on 8th floor, but the room was fine (heating worked) - but I did not see any apparent source (did not see an open window or door anywhere)

The Standard Suite was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and was varied a bit each day. Staff were very helpful and hard-working. Location is perfect for walking in the parks and eating out. Loved the very hot water in the shower!

Without a shower curtain, the bathroom floor would get quite wet from the shower.

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Yerevan, close to the Republic Square. The breakfast was super yummy with local food. They have a decent pool and a sauna for the guests. The staff was friendly and meeting halfway all the time.

Everything was fine. No complaints. Breakfast is served till 10am. Maybe, it would be a good idea to prolong it till 11am on weekends.

The location is excellent - right in the city centre, close to many intersting sights. Spacious deluxe suite - 36 sq m, exceptional breafast and a large pool (20 m long). The personnel are very frienly and helpful, especiaaly at the recetion and restaurant (I am not mentioning anyone in particular, all are very efficient). Wish to come there again.

The gym is a bit oudated and could be easily improved - it is large and open all day and night.

All was good. But the reception and breakfast needs improvement.

Although the bathrooms seem to have been renovated recently and are neat and clean but The water from the shower in the bathroom goes out of the bathing cabin and floods the toilet area. Management needs to rectify this glitch.
