Very well located cozy little hotel right next to the market Vernissage where you can buy souvenirs and a lot of other stuff too ;) staff was very friendly, our room was nice and clean, we only had one small blanket for 2 people but another blanket was immediately provided after we asked. There‘s also free coffee and tea all day round which is also a nice to have. They‘ll also arrange an airport transfer if needed which is reasonably priced. All in all, recommendation!

Maybe the location of the room on the ground floor and only a small window to open but as we only spent our time in the room for sleeping, it was ok.

This was a superb place to stay for so many reasons. It’s wonderfully located opposite the Vernissage market and a 5 minute walk to Republic Square and museums and galleries. The room is spacious, light, huge bed is comfortable with lively sheets. When I arrived I was offered a bowl of fresh fruits and tea or coffee. The staff are all fabulous- English speaking, friendly, generous and helpful great restaurants close by. It really is exceptional and great value for money

Leaving it - I wanted to stay longer!

While the location is excellent I think the staff were the best part of the hotel! Everyone was very friendly, knew excellent English, and I was even able to check into my room early! Upon checking out, they allowed us to store our bags there for some extra time as well, while we explored the Vernissage.

The only possible complaint I could have was that my hotel room was pretty much that my room was located right next to the lobby, and that I could hear pretty much everything at the front desk. Not a huge deal because it was quiet during the most important parts (sleeping) but I can see some other travelers getting very upset at this.

-All the hotel staffs were helpful and provided good recommendations. One of the staffs Diana is our favourite, she speaks fluent English, is extremely accommodating, tells us that we can request for tea/coffee anytime and offers to call the Yandex taxi for us after she finds out we don't have an Armenian phone number. -Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Room cleaning service is offered daily. -Excellent location 5 mins walk to republic square. -Street side parking in front of the hotel is available. However, due to close proximities with the market and a bank, parking space is limited during office hours. It is much easier to find parking after 5-6pm.

-Room is on ground floor, if you open your windows you can hear people talking and people walking by - nothing too crazy. If you are sensitive to sound, you can always use the AC and shut the windows.

All the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The complimentary Armenian coffee is a real bonus. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit the important sites of Yerevan, on foot or by metro, without forgetting the immediate proximity of the "Vernissage" market where we found very beautiful objects made in Armenia.

For a perfectly calm room, you may avoid the room directly facing the street.

Location is perfect, 5mins to Republic Square; rooms facing a quiet courtyard, and soundproof is good; room size is reasonable, bed is really comfortable; staff were really friendly and helpful!

I lived here not first time. For me it's intelligible variant in the center of Yerevan. Rooms are clean, comfortable enough. There'e good bed for my child.

I suppose Yerevan has become too expensive and I don't like inoperability of Mir card of course, but it's not problem of hotel of course)

Nice and helpful staff. I like the art-theme. The welcome with tea made us feel right at home and comfortable after traveling.

We couldn't easily find parking by car.

The location was perfect. Vernissage market was right outside and it was a short walk to Republic Square. The beds were pretty comfortable.

The shower was very small and the air con noisy

In general it's a good, quiet and cozy place but this is not the hotel. An appartement with concierge

The shower tap needs to change. You can hear your neighbours. Price for the average 4-star hotel. No supermarket around the apartment.
