They have friendly staff. Clean room and it is close to the center. Worth for the money.

They did not come to clean the room for the entire stay. It does not have an elevator. Bidets in our room are not available. I wish they accepted credit cards.

In the city center, close to Republic's place and Amiryan Street where you can buy all the day trip to discover Armenia and be back at night time to enjoy the city life. Just opposite the hotel a very cheap supermarket, open 24/7. Rooms are clean and silent envi. Staff is very discreet and respectful, with a simple and warm smile

The location is excellent just a short hop to Republic square and Vernissage market just around the corner. The square is amazing.

The location of the hotel is very good for the centre. It is a fairly basic affair but the rooms were clean and comfortable enough and the breakfast was OK. The staff were welcoming on our arrival.

The 'parking' is basically a tiny dead end lane next door, not really convenient if you want to be able to get in and out repeatedly as more than 1 car means the others are blocked in and it necessitates everyone reversing into a fairly busy road. They can't do much about it though and in fairness the staff were very helpful in assisting us upon our entry and exit. The breakfast was a bit so so.

Perhaps the choice of this particular room was not ideal. The room was quite dark — almost all the windows were covered with black material, and the ones facing the street opened directly onto a construction site, so we barely opened them. The air conditioner was positioned directly above the bed, which made it quite uncomfortable, especially during the heatwave when we had to use it frequently. Unfortunately, I even got sick because of the direct airflow over my head.

Great location, great breakfast (including excellent, freshly prepared hot dishes every day during our stay) and great staff. For thefirst night we booked originally rooms in an other hotel where they did allow our early check-in, even though it was included in the booking conditions. So, we called Hotel Tigran (where we originally booked for the forthcoming nights) and they assured us that thye will do their best to find us rooms for that night. Then, after they saw that we were exhausted after a long night travel, they allowed us to occupy the sofas and fotels in the lobby and have some sleep there. Just imagine: we were 8 people….This gesture made us really grateful. We were also grteful for their flexibility in providing us earlier breakfast upon our request. Rooms wereclean and were cleaned daily.

We booked two family appartments with four beds. However, the single bed in the living room was not a normal bed, but rather a folding bedstead, which was not so comfortable. It would be desirable to change those beds to normal ones. Also, they could try to clean a bit the staira leading to the breakfast room, even though this do not belong to the room itaelf.

Heart of Yerevan..Great value for money, we stayed 5days, staffs is very helpful and explained to us all the tourist attractions within the city.

Very near to the heart city of Yerevan.. like republic square, Cascade and Vardanants Street. Which you can buy all kids handcrafted souvenir.

More of a local hotel but excellent standard and location. Not much English spoken here but staff are very willing and obliging. Housekeepers keep place spotless. Thanks Team

Metro line runs under hotel and it’s not particularly deep in Yerevan. No big deal - metro doesn’t run from 23:00-7:00.

I booked the apartment with kitchen it’s in a separate old building which is 5 minutes to walk from the reception. The building is too old but with elevator. The apartment has a complete basic needed for cooking and with a good view from the balcony. The only thing i dont like there is a smell in the toilet that i cannot describe where is it coming from. Also, u need to walk and go to another building for breakfast.

It is very well located, close to Republic Square, and the room was pretty comfortable. One receptionist (the young woman) spoke good English and was very helpful. Breakfast was decent although it didn't begin until 8 am so we only got to try it once in three nights

One night we were woken by people making noise in the corridor for some time. Given it was on the first floor, the night staff would have been able to hear easily and intervene but they didn't.
