The breakfast was good with a good spread but since we were there for 5 days we felt the same breakfast was repeated. But overall it was good. The staff and service was good too. Location was the best thing as it was in the city centre. So many restaurants near by and a small supermarket too. Walking distance to the Republic square and even the shopping centres. Taxis are reasonable if you dont want to walk too much and so they arrive on time.

Housekeeping in the hotel needs a little improvement. Our bedsheets were not changed even though it says it will be changed in 3 days to save on water. We stayed for 4 nights but we did not get fresh bedsheets on the 4th day.

Staff super Friendly, Polite and Professional. They Spoke good English at reception as communication in Armenia is very difficult due to language barrier. The girls at reception surprised me with a small cake as they realised it was my birthday when we checked in - so that was really sweet and special and added to our positive experience :-) The helped us book restaurants and taxis etc... Location of Hotel is amazing walking distance to Republic Square and many parks, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. Really anything you need is a few steps away. i would come back to Ramada anytime i am in Armenia.

Our TV would not work and cleaners and waiters did not understand any English but they were still polite and tried to help as best they could.

We recently stayed at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Yerevan, and I have to say, the staff made our experience truly exceptional. I can’t say enough positive things about how friendly, professional, and polite everyone was. From check-in to check-out, every interaction with the team was a pleasure—they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Yerevan. It’s within walking distance to everything: restaurants, shops, and major attractions, which made exploring the city super convenient.

As for the facilities, the hotel itself is quite old and in need of a complete renovation. The furniture is outdated, and the overall feel of the place could really benefit from some modernization. However, the incredible service from the staff more than made up for it.

Location is great, yet not right in the middle of all the traffic around the Republic Sq. Rooms are a good size, breakfast plentiful, staff very helpful - overall it was great. We were so well looked after that we extended our stay with the hotel!

Despite it being advertised as a property with air conditioning, during this time of the year, the system is not operational. It’s been quite warm some days and it was difficult to rest properly at night (we like it cold). This is a common situation for the hotels in Yerevan, so it’s not Ramada’s doing. The staff listened to our concerns and upgraded us to a bigger room to make it more comfortable for us. We were very grateful and special thanks to Marina who did her best to make us comfortable.

The hotel is located in the center of Yerevan, closely located to its sightseeing attractions and various restaurants. Breakfasts were tasty and diverse (oatmeals, eggs boiled and fried, omelettes, pancakes, croissants and much more), fresh orange juice was also present! The personnel (reception, restaurant, cleaning staff) was extremely welcoming and eager to help. Hotel room was nice and clean, with comfy slippers and robes being available as well as mini bar with daily refreshed supply of water bottles.

Very friendly and professional staff. Everything was arranged very quickly. Right in the center of Yerevan, many great cafes and restaurants within a walking distance. The room is comfortable, great cleaning service. Great breakfast with a wide variety of local and international food, fresh omelettes, pancakes made for you. Local sparkling wine on weekends for breakfast. 😉 In Armenia people are very hospitable.

The gym is packed with people who are not staying at the hotel (even after midnight). It’s fine that the hotel lets general public use the gym, and the people were nice about sharing the machines, but there should be some management of the numbers. Also, the locker rooms in the gym are huge and spacious while the actual workout area is small and crammed. Bad usage and allocation of space.

Its proximity to key attractions, wonderful restaurants, and vibrant cultural spots allowed for easy exploration of the city. The convenience of being centrally located meant that everything I wanted to see and do was just a short walk or drive away, making the Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Yerevan the perfect home base.

I struggled to find any flaws during my stay at the Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Yerevan.

Staff was super friendly and gave us a good room with a view. The junior suite was really big and comfy. Bathrooms were clean, and towels changed daily. Location is best. There are plenty of authentic restaurants nearby.

The bed was a bit too soft for my back. But most hotel beds are that way. The TV lacked English channels for movies. There is only 1 channel for news and 1 for music. That can be improved in the future.

The rooms are quite small, I booked the Junior Suite and the photos looked like it was a very large room but the Suite we were allocated was quite small and not like the photos online. The bed was not a king bed either, it was a queen bed.
