I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel last year and chose to return this year with my family. The hotel is ideally located, just 100 meters from the city’s central square. The entire property is impeccably clean, and the room was both spacious and elegantly furnished. The air conditioning functioned flawlessly — a crucial detail during this time of year. On the day of my birthday, I was pleasantly surprised with a cake. My sincere thanks to General Manager Ms. Inna and the entire team for this thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. As someone who works in the same industry, I truly value the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality demonstrated throughout our stay.

Modern clean hotel in the heart of Yerevan. Rooms are spatious and clean. The family room is perfect for a family of 4. The hotel sits back from the street. Rooms are quiet even though you're in the heart of Yerevan. AC works fine even when it's 38C outside. Breakfast with lots of fruit and good pastry, solid coffee. Many restaurant/shops/attractions at walking distance. Excellent bottled milk at Yeremyan's Burgery next block. At the reception desk, Tigran displays traditional Armenian hospitality. Staying for the second time and hopefully will do it again. What a country.

Nothing really. Some people may not like the view from the rooms facing the back. But the backyards of Yerevan have a charm of their own.

I very rarely give a 10 rating, but I was very impressed by this hotel! The service went above and beyond. After check-in, we found our room to be too hot, so they immediately upgraded and moved us to a much better room facing away from the afternoon sun. All the staff spoke fluent English, and they always happily helped us book taxi rides, restaurant reservations, and everything else that we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable and was cleaned daily. The breakfast selection was very nice, and we enjoyed dinner at Tap Station/Anoush a few times too (very convenient when we came back starving from being out all day). The location was amazing, we were able to walk to all the major sites within 20 minutes. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Minor issue, but the shattaf (bidet) in the bathroom was inconvenient to use. The hose was attached under the sink, so even when stretched to the fullest, it was too short to comfortably reach the toilet. But other than this, everything else was perfect.

The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the city. The design is simple, but very well-kept. The room has everything you need for a pleasant stay. What surprised me the most was the staff: very attentive and kind. They brought my suitcase to the room without me asking, this is a nice detail for the guest. In the breakfast room the waiters cleared the plates as soon as the guest had finished eating, so that the table did not fill up with plates. The breakfast buffet is not huge, but everyone can find everything they want to start the day well. In general I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service.

The hotel is located in the bustling center of the city, near Republic Square, but set a bit back from the street, which makes it feel calmer. The staff is on duty all day and all night, which is important because flights from Zvarnots airport arrive and leave at odd times. And they're ready to help with getting a taxi to the airport, figuring out how to take a public bus, holding luggage until check-in time, etc. A friendly, multilingual, and very competent staff.

A beautiful and stylish hotel in the very heart of the city. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.This is my third time here, and I always thoroughly enjoy my stay. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and feature an authentic design that combines modern style with traditional Armenian elements. The staff is incredibly professional and ready to assist with anything. The breakfast is delicious. In short, I love this hotel!

Fantastic location to explore the city of Yerevan. We enjoyed a 5 night stay here and our room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly & helpful.

The hotel needs to be more specific about parking - there is no hotel car park and only 1 space directly in front of the hotel which is free. If you didn’t get this spot you had to park on the street and paying for parking without a local phone number for the app is complicated. Our room was quite warm and we weren’t able to turn this down so resorted to opening the window for a blast of cold air every now and then!

Cascades, National Museum of Amenia, monuments, art galleries

The women staff in the hotel are more friendly and helpful than the men. The female cleaner rushed down with my power plug after I checked out. She is a gem. The women on the front desk are fabulous and are now organising a ballet ticket for me. The men just ignore you! They clearly need to learn something from the women.

First of all please note the person that stayed at Republic Hotel was Robert NOT Kathleen! Booking .com you get this issue wrong every time I have stayed at a hotel in recent years, through your organisation!! The location was excellent and the hotel was well run and and felt good to be in. The food was excellent thought not always to my Australian taste.

The biggest problem was that like many rooms, mine was located facing west and became very hot in the day. Presumably because when I visited it was October and cooler weather was anticipated, the air conditioner would only blast out hot air even when adjusted to cold. When I mentioned this to the front desk the answer was that a couple of windows were openable. This is a fundamental problem that I believe needs to be attended to.

Location of Hotel is prefect, 5min walk to Republic Square, which makes it a perfect position to walk to every attraction of the city. Staff war really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. We actually prolonged our stay for two more night, so we could explore even more of Armenia and Yerevan.
