Modern clean hotel in the heart of Yerevan. Rooms are spatious and clean. The family room is perfect for a family of 4. The hotel sits back from the street. Rooms are quiet even though you're in the heart of Yerevan. AC works fine even when it's 38C outside. Breakfast with lots of fruit and good pastry, solid coffee. Many restaurant/shops/attractions at walking distance. Excellent bottled milk at Yeremyan's Burgery next block. At the reception desk, Tigran displays traditional Armenian hospitality. Staying for the second time and hopefully will do it again. What a country.

Nothing really. Some people may not like the view from the rooms facing the back. But the backyards of Yerevan have a charm of their own.

I very rarely give a 10 rating, but I was very impressed by this hotel! The service went above and beyond. After check-in, we found our room to be too hot, so they immediately upgraded and moved us to a much better room facing away from the afternoon sun. All the staff spoke fluent English, and they always happily helped us book taxi rides, restaurant reservations, and everything else that we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable and was cleaned daily. The breakfast selection was very nice, and we enjoyed dinner at Tap Station/Anoush a few times too (very convenient when we came back starving from being out all day). The location was amazing, we were able to walk to all the major sites within 20 minutes. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Minor issue, but the shattaf (bidet) in the bathroom was inconvenient to use. The hose was attached under the sink, so even when stretched to the fullest, it was too short to comfortably reach the toilet. But other than this, everything else was perfect.

The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the city. The design is simple, but very well-kept. The room has everything you need for a pleasant stay. What surprised me the most was the staff: very attentive and kind. They brought my suitcase to the room without me asking, this is a nice detail for the guest. In the breakfast room the waiters cleared the plates as soon as the guest had finished eating, so that the table did not fill up with plates. The breakfast buffet is not huge, but everyone can find everything they want to start the day well. In general I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service.

A beautiful and stylish hotel in the very heart of the city. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.This is my third time here, and I always thoroughly enjoy my stay. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and feature an authentic design that combines modern style with traditional Armenian elements. The staff is incredibly professional and ready to assist with anything. The breakfast is delicious. In short, I love this hotel!

Fantastic location to explore the city of Yerevan. We enjoyed a 5 night stay here and our room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly & helpful.

The hotel needs to be more specific about parking - there is no hotel car park and only 1 space directly in front of the hotel which is free. If you didn’t get this spot you had to park on the street and paying for parking without a local phone number for the app is complicated. Our room was quite warm and we weren’t able to turn this down so resorted to opening the window for a blast of cold air every now and then!

The proximity to the Republic Square sets this hotel in a great location for walking around in Yerevan. This helps to avoid taking the taxis. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and organized that we could park right in front of the hotel. Every night we slept well and comfortably. The shower has good water pressure and rounds up the experience. Every day we enjoyed the variety of foods at breakfast. From the fresh pastries to homemade yoghurt you will not be disappointed. The bar downstairs offers local draught beers and delicious food. On the last day they gave us a takeaway breakfast as we had to be at the airport early.

We did not want to leave Yerevan after staying here...

First of all please note the person that stayed at Republic Hotel was Robert NOT Kathleen! Booking .com you get this issue wrong every time I have stayed at a hotel in recent years, through your organisation!! The location was excellent and the hotel was well run and and felt good to be in. The food was excellent thought not always to my Australian taste.

The biggest problem was that like many rooms, mine was located facing west and became very hot in the day. Presumably because when I visited it was October and cooler weather was anticipated, the air conditioner would only blast out hot air even when adjusted to cold. When I mentioned this to the front desk the answer was that a couple of windows were openable. This is a fundamental problem that I believe needs to be attended to.

The staff was truly exceptional. Anna at the front desk and Laura in housekeeping (but really everyone) were fanatic. There were 11 of is so we constantly had questions they they helped with.

I don't like their policy about people in the rooms. For example, we had a quad room but we only wanted to put 2 people in there, while putting 3 people (a mother and her two young children) in the king suite we had. But they kept insisting that only 2 people could stay in the king room so we had to switch our party of 2 and 3. I paid for the rooms and the total occupancy was still under the limit so I don't understand why it matters who stayed in which room.

- Sometimes there was music playing on the floor during the day, which made it difficult to sleep/work. But at the request of the reception, it was turned off

The room is sparkling clean with complete facilities. We had relaxing stay as the neighborhood is not that noisy. The location is superb, nearby to restaurants, supermarkets and the republic square. The staff were all polite and helpful, they even gave us early check-in and welcomed us with hot chocolate. The breakfast options are a lot and really tasty. A really nice experience and recommended when staying in Yerevan.
