Very friendly staff and a great location! They allowed to check-in earlier for free, thank you a lot!

1) They arranged an airport transfer for us for 6000 ADM, but if you order a taxi via Yandex taxi, it costs you only 1700 ADM. Do not order it. 2) bad breakfast.

Everything was great. We came late, no problem. We asked for restaurant, he reccomended few options near hotel which turned out to be fantastic. They changed towels every day, put new bottled water each day. There is always a very nice shower gel in the bathroom, plus extras which we didn't use as cotton pads and cotton ear cleaner, plus a washing cap. Slippers, coffie and tea in the room with a kettle.Beds are comfortable. Fantastic breakfast, every day something different with the standard and special cup of strong coffie served for me (others dont drink it). The position is fabulous...very near the town centre, easy acess to everywhere, public transport in front of the entrance. If you feel for a rest, one could easy return for a nap and again go exploring without the need of public transport or taxi. All in all, a hotel that we would return.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Lilia Yerevan. What made it exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from the amazing front desk girls. They were kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. They noticed it was my birthday and surprised me with a heartfelt gift and a warm greeting—it meant so much and made my day extra special. I was also offered early check-in, which was much appreciated after my travels, and later when I missed breakfast, they went out of their way to provide a late one just for me. These thoughtful gestures really stood out. In addition, the room was very clean, and I loved that the bedsheets and towels smelled fresh and pleasant—it’s those little details that make a big difference. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

- Big room with super comfortable bed - Clean facilities - Mini fridge in the room - 24/7 reception - Card payment option available - Fast and stable WiFi - The hotel organized a taxi pickup for me from the airport. The price of AMD 6,000 (EUR /USD 15) was a bit more hefty than ordering through an app but I got picked up at 5 a.m., so it’s a fair option. - If you don’t mind a bit of walking, most sights of Yerevan are within 20-30 mins on foot from the hotel - I was allowed to check out a bit later than originally required, at 1 pm instead of noon, which was a nice gesture

The staff are the best so polite,so helpful! Good location,breakfast is fine even if you are not used to Armenian breakfast,you will always find some eggs,veggies and something sweet if you like You can change money at hotel!

Bed was bad and making noise on every move. Unfortunately we get the room close to reception and next to the cleaning deposit,so whenever cleaning lady starts cleaning you will be woken up

The location is great. And when i say great not only about being close to center and other landmarks but also to a big market where you can buy groceries or you can have a meal. It ls also close to the street where bars and wine places located.

Entrance to the rooms are weird. It seems like they bought some of the upper floors of the building and some floors belongs to others. You have to use a common-use stairs that is shared with other residents to get to your floor. Corridors on each floor connects to common use stairs, therefore every corridor has a locked door to avoid strangers to enter inside. You have to open two digital locks and after that, your hotel room’s lock to get inside your room.

Staff lovely, room was nicely cleaned. There is an exchange at the hotel with good exchange rate so do not exchange at the airport. Location it’s good not too far from republic square

WiFi not great, breakfast okay-ish, hair dryer very slowly so if you have long hair will take ages to dry the hair. Felt scammed paying 600 AMD to the hotel to get to the airport, yandex go cost a lot more cheaper.

Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed. Lady on reception spoke excellent English and was really friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged airport pick up and drop and everything went smoothly. The hotel is in a good location about a 15 walk to Republic Square. There are several restaurants close by. There was a wide choice of food at breakfast and it changed each day. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely stay here if ever in Yerevan again,

Recently stayed in Hotel Lilia for 5 nights. Hotel is situated really centrally and a short walk to most sites in the city as well as plenty bars, restaurants and cafes. The room was cleaned daily, quiet and contained all basic amenities. Was a great basis for seeing the city. Friendly staff and currency exchange service on site.

The location of the hotel is great, right in the centre of everything. The room was super clean and neat. It had everything you need. The reception staff is super sweet, friendly and very helpful, they make any request happen.

1) Air-co in our room (11) was working very weak. It worked and blew the air but it was so weak that it was not very cool in the room. 2) The breakfast was bad, the choice was very small, cold fried eggs, dry old croissants, and the coffee was very weird.
