The apart hotel was a great choice for our stay. The rooms and hotel grounds were exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The furniture was comfortable, and the interior design had a stylish and cozy feel. Its location near the city center made it convenient for exploring the area. We would definitely stay here again!

The only minor downside was the kitchen setup—there was no dishwasher or microwave, the kitchen equipment was somewhat limited, and the freezer was quite small. However, these were only small inconveniences and did not take away from an otherwise excellent experience.

Nothing every thing was amazing

The apartment was bigger than we expected and very clean. The cleaners were also very quick to make up the room, even if we didn’t go out until late in the day. You do have to choose your breakfast the day before as it is delivered to your room, in addition to the time you want it. Some reviews were negative about the breakfast, but for us it was one of the highlights. In addition to whatever we ordered (e.g. cereal, omelette) there was also fresh breads, ham, sausage, cucumber, tomato, peppers, cream cheese, yoghurt and sliced cheese served as extras. It was also always on time. The staff were always friendly to us, polite and helpful. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had a rain/drench head as well as the usual detachable one. Using the Yandex Go app to get around was also so easy. The kitchen facilities mean that you can essentially live in this like you would a normal apartment, although frankly if you use the kitchen to cook, you must be crazy because the restaurants in Yerevan are so amazing, you should always go out to eat and will never be disappointed - I recommend Louis Chardon, Seasons, the Collective, Casa Nostra, Lavash, Tavern Yerevan and Sherep, but everywhere we went the food was so cheap (compared to European prices) and exceptional. Also, don’t be afraid to go down into the entrances of the metro stops even if you aren’t using the metro (for us it wasn’t necessary), as there are often mini shopping malls down there which you wouldn’t know about otherwise.

It’s a tiny detail, but it would be a good idea to properly seal off or add a door to the shower area, as regardless of which shower you use, water always gets onto the rest of the bathroom floor, so you have to put towels down to walk around. Despite this, I would still stay here again, for sure!

Additionally, we appreciated the spacious and clean studio rooms, which offered a comfortable stay. Despite booking last minute, we found the value for money to be exceptional compared to other hotels in Yerevan.

The lack of clarity regarding the shuttle service cost from the airport led to confusion and unexpected charges (10 times more than the actual rate). Even after bargaining, they only lowered it a little, which was still too high. Furthermore, we encountered an issue with a broken plate in our room, resulting in a fee that seemed disproportionate to the item's value. It didn't seem fair to pay so much for just a plate.

The apartment really exceeds my expectation. Though the photos in the postings are exactly it, there is more when you reach the apartel. It is really spacious area. I booked 1 studio, and I've stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. I don't really know if I get updated or that is really a studio apartment. The cleanliness is amazing and the housekeeping cleans the room daily and replenish the toiletries. The washroom is perfect including an infamous bidet hahaha it is really a big plus! And the shower area is amazing as well. In terms of the location, it is perfect as well. It is near a 24hrs supermarket, and both cascade and republic square. The location is in the city center thus everything is accessible by walking. All in all, the stay is really great and I will surely recommend the place. And will come back too!

I just have a minimal concern about the RFID card for the room as I need to activate it to the reception daily. I dont know why it always happening.

Like the location! Calm and close to center. Clean and cosy, breakfast was nice. Apartment so spacious, you couldn't even expect. Was relaxing and all we needed for one week trip after busy day - thanks!

Only issue - there are no seperate beds, even if you book in advance. If you ask for two seperate single beds insted of one double - you still will get one double and then they will prepare sofa bed (which is not the same and not comfortable).

Modern, clean, nice hotel in a good location in downtown Yerevan near to restaurants, shops and sights. Staff were very friendly. Fridge, kettle, safe, tea and water supplied each day. Had a nice terrace. It's back from the main street down a little alley, so it's quiet. Would recommend.

Parking can be a bit difficult (a bit easier if you arrive in evening). Room was not too big (for single person is fine, for two people maybe a bit small). Would be nicer if the shower had a closing door to avoid water around the bathroom.

This hotel is well located in the down town area, where everything you need is within 1－2 minutes on foot, and it is brand new, clean and bright, plus with facilities fully equipped for the family stay or a longer stay. Most of all, the staff are willingly helpful and friendly, and you can be always welcome. Anna who works at the front desk helps us successfully extend our stay, even in this busiest holiday season. We really appreciated all the help and the kindness.

We LOVED the Orion Aparthotel. The apartment was spacious, clean, furnished well, had a great kitchen, washer, and big bedroom with ample storage, everywhere. The staff was great and our stay was flawless. The AC worked wonderfully in the hot Yerevan summer as well which was needed! It was also a short walk to Repubic Square but still quiet at night. Overall, would stay here again!
