There was a weird noise in our room during the day, administrator suggested to change the room for the next night. Since it stopped at night, we decided to stay in our room. Apart from that, everything was ok

the rooms were clean, neat, quiet. location is very close to republic square and cascade. food was good, not much varieties but more than enough for breakfast. stuff very friendly, nice, and cute specially Ms. Syuzanna who was very cool and supportive.

Had a wonderful experience! The place was very clean, and the housekeeping team did a great job. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Everything was organized and comfortable — I really enjoyed my stay!

You just need to pick between the rooms for the garden and the restaurant view or the quiet side for your preference.

We ended up at this hotel unexpectedly (we booked a different place, but due to a water issue there, we moved here instead). And it was a happy accident! Everything was just fine: good breakfast, comfy room, friendly service, and the coffee was fantastic. I was even a bit surprised they still had availability!
