Wonderful central lively but not noisy location, full of restaurants, tastefully decorated for the holidays. Safe at walk late in the evening, well lit lively streets, warm people

Amazing location, walking distance to all attractions, same street with all restaurants, cafes and bars. The common areas are very clean. The room is big and confortable with all the amenities. The staff is very friendly, special thanks to Lilya who assisted me with the check in and made me feel at home.

The location is super nice, central and among beautiful restaurants around. The rooms are big and clean. My recommendation is to take breakfast outside of hotel - it’s full of cozy bars and cafes around.

Almost everything, especially the staff who were really helpful patient and friendly. The receptionist who always remains in my mind was a nice lady called Aida as she helped us patiently to change our room to a better one. Also the breakfast served there was really good. The location was also an exceptional one with a lot of vibrant streets, cafes and restaurants around. All the aforementioned pros with a reasonable price. Hope to stay with them on our next visit as well 🙂

Almost nothing. Just the lighting system of the room was a little far from practical. I hope they will have improved it by our next visit 😉

staff were all friendly, from the reception to the housekeeping to the kitchen staff. even other guests were friendly too. their breakfast were good, i was just expecting some pancakes but there were alternatives so it wasn't that much difference in my opinion. we reallly liked the lady housekeeping in our room. she's so nice and approachable. sadly we can't have some photo with her because of their company policy. miss reception was the same and approved out late check out request. the place is quite near with a lot of restaurants and main tourists spots.

My room was located on the same floor as the lobby, which resulted in significant noise disturbances throughout the night, making it difficult to fall asleep. Additionally, the curtains on the windows were insufficient in blocking out the light, causing the morning sun to stream into my room and further disrupting my rest. Moreover, the toilet facilities were quite outdated and in need of refurbishment.

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Plaza Hotel during our holiday. The hotel’s location is perfect, with close proximity to the city square, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were exceptional, especially Aida, Liliya, and the housekeeping staff member Mariana, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Their friendliness and professionalism made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Its in the center of the most active street in the heart of Yerevan, where wine lovers meet and enjoy their meals with the great wine!

The view in the back is not so good, but personally I liked it, because it shows true colors: In the one side of the building is shiny part of the city and on another side there is normal life. There is an old church in the back of the building which is good to see every morning!

Very nice location. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. They helped us heat up our food and served it straight to our rooms despite us not booking the free breakfast offered. Will definitely book this hotel when we go back to Yerevan 💕

On our last night the ac was heating instead of cooling but it wasnt a big deal since we can open our window and let the cool air in. The staff were very swift in fixing the issue though. 🤗

The room was clean and near the city center. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Ended up paying 55 euros extra for an early check in (our room was not available when we got there). This is perfectly fine and reasonable, as they were giving us another room, but it wasn’t communicated clearly when I asked many days before if there is an option for an early check in and how it works.
