I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel has a great location in the heart of Yerevan city, very good service, welcoming and very helpful staff, clean, spacious and modern rooms. Beautiful restaurant with amazing panoramic view, live piano music and delicious Armenian food. It has a nice open common area balcony with a view on Cascade Complex and full of live Yerevan city streets, spectacular in the night. There was a good choice of food and fresh fruits on breakfast. special thanks to Angela ,Ani and Razmik😀.

Excellent location and view from the room (it was a suit). Excellent organization of space in the room and a very comfortable bed. Helpful anf friendly staff. Would definitely come again.

The room was clean and tidy, all new and working, yet cleaning could be a bit better. Prices in the rooftop restaurant are far too high - no need to eat there as there are numerous places just outside the hotel.

The staff were very friendly, and the apartment was spotless with a cozy atmosphere There were a couple of sofas and colorful chairs, which made the space even more comfortable Another big plus was the fast and reliable Wi-Fi I also asked for a quiet room, and the staff kindly arranged that for me It was a little noisy in the evening, but just a minor inconvenience overall

The second time I was staying in this hotel. Delicious breakfast, polite staff, big and comfortable rooms. The location near the city centre gives the ability to visit lots of places on foot.

Room 910 was a bit worn-out. The noise. If I get it right, there is a bar on the 13th floor, which stops working at 11 p.m. Until then, the sound is clearly audible on the 9th floor. It's not a problem for me, but early birds should avoid high floors in this hotel.

I loved the location of the Opera Suite Hotel - just a few minutes’ walk to the Cascade, the Opera House and other main attractions, restaurants and cafes. The hotel staff was amazing - very friendly and accommodating. Our room was large, and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with the friendliest wait staff. Starting our day on such a positive note was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good about this hotel, with the exception of the bar on the top floor with incredibly loud music, and no single person in the bar as it was not possible to stay under this pressure of sound.

Only one bad thing - the music on the top floor bar is so loud that they have no visitors, and more likely there is no visitors as music id super loud - it just scare people away....

The rooms are of good size, with the added mini kitchen one gets the feeling of home, perfect for you if you want home cook meals. The bathroom could have been better, it's just too compact, no complaints thou. I loved the location, right next to the Cascade complex and its many restaurants. We opted to have breakfast in and around the hotel instead of having in-house breakfast.

The Swimming pool was chargeable

Excellent location, spatial room, bedsheets and towels extremely clean, free parking spot allocates for the car.

Aircon did not work best, no ventilation in the bathroom, furniture in the living room was chaotic. Bit different setup then in the pictures. Lungo coffee machine in the room, without coffee capsules.

We love the big rooms, comfortable bed and the daily housekeeping. The variety of breakfast buffet and the amazing staff who always smiles. Receptionist Mary assisted us greatly since this is our 3rd time and we referred our friends, they upgraded on room and gave us voucher to say thank you for the referral.

The buffet breakfast menu is the same everyday but they are all delicious but hoping the menu changes on daily basis.
