The sheets on my bed were changed every single day. It was a lovely quiet room and very clean. The staff were on duty 24/7 and could not have been friendlier. There was free bottled water left on the landing every single day. The breakfast was superb. Every other day they had delicious porridge. There was fried eggs, scrambled eggs, sauasage, cereals and lovely local sweet treats. Very well presented and it set up the day. The hotel was less than a one minute walk from the main thoroughfare and and was perfectly situated between the Opera house and the main parliament square. The Opera House is well worth a visit. I saw a Romeo and Juliet ballet and it was very memorable. There are plenty of bars and restaurants, including The Beatles Bar (if you are into their music!). The evening time was when the city came to life. There was always musicians playing, street entertainment, water fountain displays with lights and music. It's a great city for children with lots of entertainment for them in the evening. I always felt safe when out and about and there were plenty of friendly police patrolling.

Honestly, there is nothing I would change. It was a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the hotel’s amazing receptionist. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or special requests. Their professionalism and warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated their excellent service!

The room could have been a bit cleaner, as I noticed some minor dust and a few spots that could use more attention, but overall it wasn’t anything too serious or unpleasant. It didn’t affect our stay significantly, but a little extra care in housekeeping would make the experience even better.

This hotel was simply amazing. It was so hard to find a trustworthy and not overpriced place in central Yerevan and I was so glad to have found Elysium. I was also traveling with my mother who is extremely picky and easily annoyed and she was so pleased that she decided to extend her stay there so that’s a win. The room was clean, with lots of free amenities, including water and tea/coffee. The breakfast was amazing: diverse, fresh, with a touch of local cuisine. All and all, we were very satisfied.

Very walk welcoming by the staff and uncomplicated check-in. Excellent location, in city centre while at same time away from noisy streets due to its location in a courtyard. Very good breakfast, actually served in the adjacent hotel.

The staff member on the night shift at the reception kept receiving messages on his smartphone every 7 minutes or so, producing annoying sounds. Due to horrible soundproofing of rooms and location of my room 10 meters apart from reception, I was unable to sleep until 2 AM, that is when I informed the staff member of the situation. Staff should be aware of this for future, especially they promote a rule of no-noise after 10 PM.

Despite being a windowless room, it was surprisingly comfortable. On the small side but compact and clean. The bathroom had an excellent shower and was probably as large as the room itself. Breakfast was served in another hotel and was very good: plenty of choices and good quality food and beverages.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't functioning properly so it was too warm in the room. Also, as the room was on the ground floor, near the reception desk, it tended to be rather noisy at times. I'd suggest better soundproofing for the rooms.

Great location right in the centre. Lots of restaurants close by. Easy to walk to most places. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and delicious everyday. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Kettle, hair dryer and decent WiFi. Price was good for the location.

I had a single room and please keep in mind that the bathroom for this room is tiny! Room could do with a fresh coat of paint. I didn’t spend a lot of time in my room so basically it served the purpose.

The room is clean, well renovated and equipped. All towels are new, all necessary supplies are presented (shampoo, shower gel, tooth kit, a kettle, etc). The bathroom is stylish. The staff is great, the location is perfect. 24 hours check-in, blessing for the late flight. Breakfast was included (I didn't use it, so cannot comment). Very good for a short stay.

The room on the ground floor lacks soundproofing. You'll hear everything that is going on in the hall. Ear plugs are a must.

The staff was awesome. Breakfast was complete and very tasty. The place itself was spotless. It’s right in the middle of the city. Never took plublic transportation for local attractions. All I had to do was walk 15-20 everywhere. Loved everything about it really.

The wi-fi didn’t always work properly. Also they were building another part of the hotel and sometimes it got kinda noisy. Also the door is thin and every sound from the hallway gets in the room easily. But overall, it wasn’t that bad at all.

Good location, and public transport. Extremely convenient for the Centre. The staff were super welcoming ,helpful, friendly. The cleaning staff were wonderful & always cleaned up the room perfectly . Real professionals.. Got upgraded to balcony room free of charge. Was modern Tiny room for any comfortable stay. it was fairly well appointed. 5 extra electric sockets free for use. Bed was comfortable. Shower room and toilet was clean . WiFi was fast enough.. Access to Smart TV . TAXI service . Free coffee and tea options in the room. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and delicious. The breakfast team was happy and service orientated. Lot of choices at breakfast for meats and cereals, or baked good, cakes, or eggs and sausages fruits etc . Variety for tea and cafe . Very good with lots of varied choices, continental or local with plenty of bread, and cheeses. You have so many great restaurants and bars and cafes nearby.

I would have liked to have a small fridge in the room.

The staff was super responsive and available through whatsapp and didn't pose any problems even though we arrives quite late at night. The room was central enough and quite close to a main street with lots of restaurants and shops and very lively by night. Also it was helpful to be able to stay until 12pm.

The building, stairs and front door were a bit dated.
