We paid for late check out (17.00) but the cleaning ladies openned our room door twice checking if we left so they can clean, as we were inside!! Told them both times thet 17.00 is our check out, they did not understand anything we said in English and they were quite grumpy and dissatisfied from their face expressions.

The hotel is located in the center of Yerevan, in a quiet street right next to Nord Prospekt (central street) of the capital. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to shops, restaurants and within walking distance to most of the capital's attractions such as the Opera House, Republic Square, Flower Fountain, Yerevan Cascade and others. The breakfast at the hotel is good and there is a wonderful outdoor panoramic terrace for the good weather throughout the year.The place is definitely worth it, whether for business or pleasure.

Ibis Yerevan is perfect location for strolling the city. Receptionists and Restaurants staffs were friendly.

Make up room. I put make up room sign since morning we left around 9am. We came back at 5pm, the signage turned to Dont Disturb. My room was 808, and as we expected the room was still dirty. Gladly, we saw housekeeping staff and ask for cleaning room. Bathroom was cleaned but not the bed. It looked clean but, only covering with neat quilt, bed sheet still messy. The unhappy things is check out time. We do aware our check out time was 12pm. We came back from strolling the city was 11.30pm. We could not enter 808. We asked the receptionist, she updated our card and unfortunately the card still blocked. I went back and forth for 15 minutes. It helped by Liza, she gave me a new card and we can enter the room. Hope this will not happen to other guest.

Please put bidet in the toilet since most of the people staying in the hotel are tourists coming from other place.

The location is definitely unbeatable. The hotel is relatively modern and has Smart TV.

They have a limited number of umbrellas, I wasn’t able to get any, I was told they run out. The other downside of the hotel is that they’re unable to give access on the room key to access different floors. My friends were staying on different floors and I had to come down to the reception first and only then they would send me to the required floor.

The location is amazing as it's in the city center the eateries and the other sites are easily walkable from the hotel It's got just the basic amenities as far as The rooms are concerned and that I believe is good enough as if it's not a staycation that you have planned and have come to explore the city and country, it's fits the bill perfectly Breakfast buffet has a great spread as well All in all a great hotel to be at and the staff is superb at service and always cheerful and at help

The prices of the lobby bar, were well off the roof. For example, local Armenian beer Dargett, pilsner, price was at Ibis lobby bar 2100 AMD, while next door up market North Hotel was, for the same product, Dargett pilsner, 1600 AMD. Further, next door DOC therapy bar, had Dargett stout at 1200 AMD. I would further mention, that in Ibis lobby bar, bar tender M.Giorgi 737400138, asked us, first to pay for a coffee and a beer, and when he had the products ready, he called us again to stand up from our table and go to the bar, to fetch ourselves, the already paid products. Peculiar for a hotel to say the least. I shall refrain from commenting on prices of international spirits (f.e. Jameson).

Very well located hotel, next to the pedestrian street with the underground shopping mall. It was easy to walk to the Cascades in one direction and to the Republic Square in the other direction. The room was not large but the space was well designed, as one can expect of an Ibis property. The guys at reception were helpful and knew their jobs well. One morning we left in a hurry to catch our tour and forgot to close the in-room safe with our passports and money inside. When we got back, we realized this and had a moment of panic, but everything was there! We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but had dinner at the hotel's restaurant on the 3rd floor. Food was just OK, there are better options outside. Overall, a good hotel to stay in Yerevan.

Good conditioning in the room even in a very hot weather you could stay cool in your room. Great location near the downtown and the pedestrian street. Quite good sound isolation from the street noice.
