Staying at this hotel in Yerevan was an unforgettable experience. The room had a balcony with a stunning view of Mount Ararat – something truly magical to wake up to. Everything was spotless and comfortable. The breakfasts were tasty and offered a nice variety each morning. The atmosphere was warm and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. A place with heart, where every moment felt special. Highly recommended!

First and foremost, the young reception staff team who were fantastic. All extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel itself, although tucked away down a small alley, is in a great location. A 5 minute walk to Republic Square and a further 10 minutes to the Opera House and Cascade. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, money exchange bureaus and ATMs in the immediate neighbourhood. The breakfast terrace on the 15th floor has incredible views across the city and on a clear day, Mount Ararat in the distance. Breakfast was good with a selection of hot and cold options. Omelette and sausages, an array of.cold meats and salads, yoghurt, cereals etc. Coffee, tea and fruit juice. Perfectly adequate to start the day.

Excellent location at the very center of Erevan. Just few steps away from Republic Square. Very large room. Hotel staff professional and available.

Breakfast mainly continental with poor choices of sweet food. I would suggest at better sign in the street to improve visibility of the hotel entrance.

The location is fantastic. Very central with many restaurants nearby as well as a grocery and an exchange. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and super clean. Lovely upgraded bathrooms.

The hotel needs better signage as it’s a bit hidden. The taxis could never find it. The breakfast was very basic and the coffee wasn’t drinkable. We had to get our coffee from outside every morning. We had a twin room and one of the beds was extremely bouncy and uncomfortable. The mattress must be old and needs changing. We had a problem with the AC in the room but the maintenance team tried their best to fix it asap. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The terrace was closed for renovations which was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Would have been good to know in advance.

Location and friendly personnel

Many little things like they give you an electric kettle but there is no socket to plug it in - you have to crawl under the table and unplug the fridge first. They give you drinking water on arrival but on the following days they don’t. Noise protection isn’t good. I didn’t like the view from my window on photo but that’s minor.

amazing location very central with great and safe neighbourhood. breakfast was amazing with local products and every day the hot dish was different so had the chance to try several local dishes. breakfast is served on the top floor with great balcony and view of the city. room and bathroom was big and had everything that was needed. free wifi.

The view from the hotel is amazing. Breakfast was great, employees were really helpful and always tried to help us with things. The room was what we expected.

There is one thing I did not like. We booked this hotel specifically for the underground garage that is advertised on the official website of the hotel (there is even a photo of it there). Upon arrival we found out there is none and the hotel has only a few parking spaces. Luckily we never had a problem with parking, however this kind of spoiled our experience. I told the receptionist to talk to the management about taking it down from the website, but it is still there.

very well located in the centre of Yerevan, a bit hard to find but search for the signs once next to the building, they will help you reach it. Room was spacious, clean and with good aircon and wifi. Tea and coffee and kettle provided. Please note the city view is from the terrace on 14th floor not from the room, our room had direct balcony door to the terrace but the windows are milked as the terrace is common for all hotel users. Breakfast tasty, nice options to choose from, good coffee. Friendly and helpful staff, they can arrange private transfers and tours as well.

such a shame that 15th floor terrace does not have any seating area, it has such a potential! Currently it's just a vast terrace with great view but without any seating area so people just get there to take a photo. Really a waste of such good location. Even breakfast which is served on this floor is only within closed restaurant part, there's no option of outside seating.

Very good location, a few minutes from the central square. The hotel provided all the declared services. A big bonus is the possibility of parking in the yard behind the ramp. Breakfast was sufficient and tasty. Very pleasant staff.

The hotel could not solve the broken air conditioning within the day or change the room, it was quite uncomfortable in August. The room was changed the next day.
