Everything, strategically located at the heart of Yerevan city. The apartment that we stayed at is very spacious and has kitchen facilities and dining area. The stuff is extremely helpful and welcoming, and happy to assist and support in any capacity. It’s a great place for trips to be made with kids.

There are sounds of loud music coming outside of the property and plus people high speeding in the road, which is a no fault of the hotel. Provided once you are out and about throughout the day, you go to sleep and those sounds will not be of any effect.

The location is very close to restaurants and major attractions. They provide airport transportation for a small fee. Reception was always happy to help get information for us or make reservations. Beds were comfortable and the AC was cold!

There wasn't a restaurant in the hotel, so we had to go outside for breakfast. This is more of an extended stay/apartment type hotel. But there was a nice bakery just next door.

Location is excellent, so close to city center. There are quite few restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Staff is smiling all the time and ready to help you with anything. The place is spotless and heating is great in winter times.

There are few bars around so if they're having a concert or a party it could get loud sometimes. But if you're having trouble with it staff is always ready to help. I can't think any downsides other than that.

1- The property is very clean 2- The location is perfect 1 minute walk from the square 3- Exceptional staff and service. The service was one of the best I ever had. They are available to help 24/7. They give recommendations for places to visit, they help with restaurant bookings, they provide tips on what to do, they helped us whenever we needed anything! Honestly, I never saw such exceptional service before!

The establishment is very clean, staff is incredibly helpful and had always smile on their faces. Location is perfect, close to the city center. Museums and restaurants are in walking distance and staff is really helpful if you need any advice or tips. We were also very grateful for airport transfer service even in the middle of the night since our flight got delayed several times.

Just exeptional! Clean, new, very spacious room, comfortable bed. The design is nice and everything is very funcional. We spent just one night there but it is comfortable to spent a whole vacations. Perfect rooms, perfect location - in the very center of Yerevan but 10th floor gives you a quiet setup to get rest. Very friendly staff and owner family. Sound proof, windows could be open, airconditioning. The bathroom clean and nice. Everything done with love and thoughts. It is the best place to stay in Yerevan!

Although the hotel is located right in the city center, because of being on the 10th floor it's very quiet at night so you can have a good night rest. The bed was very comfy too, so good night sleep is guaranteed! The staff is very friendly and happy to help with anything at any time of day and night. Upon availability they allow late check outs which was a nice surprise since I had a late flight.

Being in the heart of the city and on the 10th floor i thought I might get a nice view over the city but sadly due to other tall buildings in front, the view was on other buildings. Not a deal breaker though

Everything was great! Spacious bathroom, Netflix, friendly and polite staff, comfortable bed and pillows, clean room and perfect location in the city centre. Lots of restaurants and cafes all around the building.

It would have been nice to have English news channels on TV and liquid soap or a proper large soap in the washroom. There was a basic tiny round soap that was shrunk to nothing after constant usage and it wasn't replaced with a new one during our stay.

The personnel could not be nicer. The room nice and clean. The location excellent

You might want to change the directions for reaching the hotel as the Myata lounge club name is not really visible

The hotel was located in a very nice area, the staff were so polite and helpful, the room was super clean and spacious . We had a beautiful view .I would recommend everyone to spend their stay in this hotel. You will enjoy it for sure. Thank you Staff🙏🏻😊
