Best thing about this Hotel is the Location, I believe this is one of the best central locations in the city specially if you have kids as there is a park right across the street, & its is a few minutes walking to several Main spots in Yerevan like the Republic square, Northern Avenue, there is also a Big "Yerevan City supermarket" which is open 24/7 steps away. This Hotel is a Family run place, still with good standards & nice attitude. Staff were helpful & they would greet & have small chats with you whenever you pass by & give you good advice Room we Booked was very Big for any standard, still, layout of the apartment has some odd things going on such as: wardrobe of the main bedroom is actually in the main living room (yes there is a big Living room) & the 2nd bedroom has a small queen bed with No Fan or AC (we visited in summer), so you will manage by keeping the door open with AC from the living room cooling the place. We Liked that there is a washing machine & a drying rack provided also.

While there was a Full kitchen, it was not fully equipped such as kitchen utensils, plates, glasses & other related items were not complete, this can easily be fixed I think Wished there was a simple /traditional breakfast, but it has to be pre-ordered & we did not try it

Bang in the centre of the city. Very large apartment with kitchenette and washing machine, separate bedroom. The staff are very friendly and everything is well maintained.

There is no breakfast in the hotel but you can find several options within 5 minutes walk.

We came as a party of five and this hotel was ideal for us. Large rooms, 24-hour service, helpful staff. Issues were resolved quickly. They even lent us a blood pressure monitor when one of us was feeling unwell. Wonderful people! Convenient location. Windows onto a quiet courtyard. We were very pleased!

Excellent location. The best in town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable with a very nice view of the park in front of the hotel. Clean and very warm even though it was snowing outside. It was worth the money.

Staff are amazing Anna is very helpful. Location is great you don't need more than 10 minutes to anywhere in central of Yerevan. Ma super markets, gardens, it is active area very safe place, clean, has all the facilities to stay for long time very recommended

The hotel is perfect, the staff are super nice, the location is on the middle to any distinction ( 5 to 10 minutes walking to any landmark) Super market just next door, alot of coffees and restaurant. Safe and clean area. Highly recommend

I really loved the Family Hotel.everything was great.it was very clean and we had everything we needed.,its like your own home at all.Anna is an amazing woman,she is very helpful ,everything we needed she helped .the location is great as well .its located in the city center opposite of a very beautiful park full of nice restaurants and Metro station and its next to a big supermarket where u can find anything. The hotel also has a restaurant .everything is near the hotel ,many stores,exchanges,restaurants,cafes... 10 mins walk to the Republic Square and 15 mins to the airport by taxi.Thanks for everything, it was better than what I expected!

We arrived just before 6am, someone was there to book us in . Superb value for money ,excellent room with balcony 👌 Super market next door, opposite in park, lovely bar and restaurant. Fabulous location, close to everything you will need Highly recommended 👌

Nothing really, everything was as expected,

The property was clean and tidy, spacious for a family to stay for few days. It was near Republic Square and each to reach the metro station. Staff are friendly and happy to arrange shuttle to airport. Thanks to them.
