The location is very central, in the courtyard of a building, making it quiet and peaceful. The all-female staff is very friendly. Late check-out is available. Very good breakfast, new and clean rooms. Nice lobby hall where to stay. The room temperature was perfect

There are some cats in the internal courtyard that overlooks three ground-floor rooms. They're very thin and thirsty. Someone at the hotel could feed and give water to them? Other guests and I did, but I found no trace of food or water bowls. Please feed these cats <3

Wonderful location in the centre of Yerevan. All the sights are within walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly, helped me to solve any of my questions. Thank you for the warm welcome! As for the hotel itself, it is beyond praise. The hotel has been recently renovated, the rooms are very clean and spacious, and everything has been done for the comfort of the guests. I would also like to mention the breakfasts, they are wonderful!

Great location in Yerevan, near all important sites. The restaurants and bars are in close vicinity. The host is great, great communication, accommodating, they all spoke good English. Breakfast is excellent and they change it every day. The rooms are fresh, good designed, clean, roomy and clean. Next time in Yerevan we are definitely staying at the same hotel. Quiet rooms, you don't hear the traffic.

Excellent location. You can have a walk in the city center and for Yerevan it is very important. Very pleasant staff. The room was very clean and large. The breakfast is fresh and healthy. We will return to this hotel any time we are back to Yerevan.

Its a cozy hotel with helping and kind stuffs located in the center of Yerevan. Rooms have balcony and very clean. Everything is perfect. We will definitely come back here the next year.

Although it was located in a great location, very close to everything in a very crowded street, it was very quiet as it's built in a small park. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good, the rooms are very comfortable. I liked the fact that we were 2 couples and they gave us two rooms very close to each other. All the staff was very kind. The manager Zara was so helpful. She answered all our questions with a big smile. The receptionists were very good too. Many thanks to Nana for her big smile and her help.

The location was perfect for a Yerevan city stay, there is plenty to do close by within walking distance, I enjoyed the selection for breakfast. All of the staff were helpful and very friendly. The rooms were modern with plenty of storage space and very clean, the shower had lots of pressure and was hot every time I used it. We were a bit early for check in so while we waited we were offered a local style coffee.

The only very small issues were kind of my preference and would not be an issue for most people. I would have paid extra for a strong espresso style or other strong coffee at breakfast as I am not a fan of filter coffee or instant, but it is not far to a coffee shop if I needed, just me being a bit fussy. I am a heavy guy so a firmer mattress would have been better for me, but I am bigger than most.

The hotel is in a prime location in Yerevan making it easy to walk to the Cascade and Opera House in one direction and Republican Square in the other. The staff, especially Nana, were incredibly caring and helpful; she even set up a private tour of Lake Sevan and Dilijan for me with Garik (which was one of the highlights of my trip). As a single woman often traveling alone, I felt very safe at Hotel Avenue 30. By the time I left, the staff knew my name and greeted me when I returned from my day trips. I also loved that the hotel was located in the courtyard, which kept it nice and quiet. It was a wonderful place to relax while exploring Yerevan and Armenia!

I had an amazing stay at Avenue 30 Hotel! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the hospitality truly stood out — especially the kind and helpful receptionists, Vlad and Nana. My room was clean, calm, and quiet — ideal for a restful stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was amazing! The hotel's central location made it perfect for exploring Yerevan, with most places within a 30-minute walk — something that added to the charm of the trip. One pleasant surprise was that the hotel is even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures. I would love to come back! Highly recommend.
