Excellent location Very clean, nice apartment, it has everything you need (except work desk) and quite spacious for the 15m size. It’s located in the city center and quiet street at the same time (especially rooms without balcony - no views but no noise as well). There are many good restaurants and coffee shops are close.

Too late breakfast in winter season (from 9am), inconvenient for people who wake up early or checking out in the morning, but they kindly prepared very good lunch box with sandwiches and fruits on our request. It would be good to start breakfast at 8am. Uncomfortable pillows like having bumps inside… Mattresses are good for those who like soft (like we) but will be uncomfortable for others.

The hotel interior is impressive, a big BRAVO to the designer. All facilities are new. The room was ok inside, very quiet, but extremely dark /almost no daylight/. We spent all days outside and that's why we did not make a problem out of this. Wonderful bathroom, modernly equipped. Perfectly clean. Very comfortable beds.

Our room was overlooking ugly backyard and didnt have a real terrace. The other rooms - facing the street and the park -had very nice terraces and big windows with natural light. Those i suppose were loud from the street. The breakfast menu has 3-4 hot choices and too difficult to taste if you are a guest from continental Europe. One drink per person was what we were given most days /to have to choose between soft drink and coffee at breakfast is ridiculous/.

I liked everything. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was served at my table and it was so tasty and filling that it really lasted me all day. The hotel has a very elegant design and the walls are decorated with art work created by Maria, the very kind, talented and endlessly helpful manager, The location is ideal for walking to the central part of Armenia

Really loved everything. However if you have trouble getting up and down stairs it may not be the place for you as there is not lift

There was a choice between toast, scrambled eggs and something else was on the menu. For me this is the perfect choice. But the price-quality of the hotel is very good

- Parking, but this is a problem for the whole of Yerevan.. In principle, the price is around 70 euro cents per hour somewhere in public places. Although there is also a lot of free parking. The price in the parking lot is around 9 euros per day. The lack of a chair was a little noticeable in the room, although I think if you approached the staff, they would have helped. - No elevator

Staff are very polite and supportive. Location is really good near the center of the city and close to the cascades and many tourists attraction places. Delicious breakfast.

Unfortunately there was dust on the cabinet and in the bathroom there was hair from the previous resident. It was not cleaned properly. I hope they will take care of this issue. Everything else was good.

This brand new hotel opened in July 2023. It has a great, central location, within walking distance of dozens of excellent restaurants, and across the street from a park. They offer excelent menu-style breakfast options. The quiet, modern rooms come complete with robes, slippers, hot pot and mini bar. There is plenty of hot water in the shower with good pressure. The WiFi was strong and consistant. The Receptionist and Manager couldn't have been nicer. The experience was so nice we extended our stay for three additional nights.

The ‘apartment’ was mostly just a larger hotel room, but was still very comfortable. The location was close to nice restaurants and there is a small shop nearby.

The kitchen did not have the necessary equipment for its purpose. When we arrived to check in at around 8:30pm, we were told to wait while the staff finished repairing a tap in the room. After the 2nd night, we left out the ‘please make up room’ sign (at the request of the hotel staff) and when we returned after a full day of touring, the room was untouched.

Breakfast was extraordinary with few but delicious meals prepared at your request. Room was clean and cooled with AC. City centre is less than 5minutes by foot. Staff were extremely helpfull.

Did not get the daily room clean but it wasnt really necessary because room was cleaned.

Just spent one week in this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. It was literally 5 mins from Republics Square and close to all amenities. The place was spotlessly clean and staff were always polite and willing to help. I can’t fault this hotel and hope I get to stay again soon.
