The downstairs breakfast restaurant is not nice The breakfast on the terrace is nice

This place is right beside Republic Square so it’s easy to get around from there. Rooms were really nice, quiet and clean. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. My husband casually mentioned that we were there for our anniversary and within an hour a fruit basket was delivered to our room. Husband forgot his razor and they gave him a complimentary one. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience staying at the hotel, which I believe is perfect for business trips. Its location is excellent, just a short distance from Republic Square, making it convenient for meaetings. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for work.

The smell of the rooms needs more attention.

Exceptional location and a very spacious room are the biggest advantages of this hotel. A cosy inner yard with a good (but quite expensive!) restaurant is also a plus. Friendly staff everywhere (however a hand with the luggage on check in and check out would very appreciated). Good breakfast and very welcome and caring personnel. I had my birthday during my stay, and the hotel was extremely kind to congratulate me with a beautiful and very tasty chocolate cake. A sweet surprise!

During my 8 nights' stay, the room or the bathroom were not vacuum-cleaned or washed even once. Cleaning of the room was limited to changing towels and making the bed. Toiletries were never replenished. Swimming pool is moderate in regard to it size, but the smell of chlorine is absolutely killing - have never met such a strong smell in any other pools before. So, had to decide against using it, even though was really looking forward to.

Cleaning process is not to the standard and need more attention and training. Breakfast need more care specially the diaries and table presentation. Some cleaning outdoor activities where done with pressure water machines which took all the night to earlier ours of the morning "3:00am"

Location perfect, breakfast was excellent, clean, neat, tidy hotel, helpfull staff and friendly.

On thing I didn't like is that when I will have a guest to my room I will cone down and take them to my room. Also when I order food from restaurant and they send me courier, I will go down and take the food from the reception.

The bathrooms aren’t supplied with all the necessary toiletries such as body lotion and toothpaste with toothbrush, no eye pads and so on Breakfasts are very expensive so we had to eat out somewhere else but at a reasonable price

The hotel is located very centrally. There are many restaurants and cafes around. It is spotless and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, especially Maryam at the desk. They extended my checkout time to 2 p.m. when I asked. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, particularly to those traveling for business.

This is an excellent hotel in an excellent location. Very very good breakfast, amazing service all over the hotel. We were upgraded and got a really nice suit. Quite clean room, with very nice comfy beds. I would definitely come back again here.
