Location is perfect and the breakfast is really good!! Nice and spacious rooms!

We ask for an airport transfer (because on our arrival we do not have internet connections and local money and also we did not know the local prices) and they offer us a taxi with a fee of 20 Euro (the normal fee is 5 Euro). We trust that it was a fair price but being 4 times we are sure that they took advantage (Not fair!!)

A wonderful and cozy hotel in the very heart of Yerevan — the perfect location: step outside, and you're instantly in the city's vibrant center. The hotel itself is small but very comfortable. The room had everything I needed and more: a convenient desk with chairs, a wardrobe, a safe, and a fridge. The bed was quite comfortable, and the power outlets were conveniently placed for charging devices. Despite the cold season, the room was warm and cozy. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a wide selection of hearty local dishes. The staff was absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to the team for letting us stay in the hotel and wait for our flight even after check-out time—this was truly appreciated!

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s very close to the republic square and the streets next to it are full of shops and there is a supermarket just around the corner. The room was big and spacious (we were 3 adults in it, my mom my sister and I) and it could fit us well. It was also calm; there was a beer festival close to the hotel but the noise never penetrated the room. Cleanliness is overall good and the room was made everyday if we asked for it. The wifi was also good. The beds were also comfortable and they put extra blankets in the wardrobe.

Breakfast was ok but it lacked some variety in the diary section and sometimes freshness especially in the bread. The worst thing about our room was the shower. The water jet was light and the shower tray didn’t lock the water well, so the bathroom floor was covered with water after every shower we took.

I appreciate that they always try to help and hear you. You don't need to explain anything because they will do everything to make you comfortable. I have my own requests and every time I wrote to them they always answered quickly and helped. Some hotels don't even answer your messages, but here everything is fast and most importantly with love.

I am happy with everything. I have been to many hotels, but so far this is the best place for us. When you are not sleeping at home, you need to be sure that in a strange place, you will be safe, warm, and comfortable.

A nice hotel right near the Republic Square of Yerevan. It looks modern and renovated. The best part is the staff: the people were super friendly and helpful and made us feel super comfortable as guests. We did like the breakfast very much, it was various and tasty. The location is amazing as well - just like 10 minutes of walking to any place in the city center. To sum up, 10/10 for this price.

Even though the furniture is mostly brand new, there was some dirt on the walls in our room and the shower head was hold by a plastic bag wrapped around the shower stick. It spoiled just a bit our feelings of comfort and cleanliness in the room. Also, the sound isolation from the other guests in the corridors is quite poor, so we have been woken up one morning by people doing something in the corridor.

Awesome value for money, rooms are very fresh and clean. The style of the rooms is great. There is everything you need in the room, including kettle and fridge. Breakfast is great. Bed is also good. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. There are several shops that have every small things, the location actually count not be better.

The shower- the water does not drain fast enough, if two people have to take shower one after another the floor will be flooded. The additional drain is under the sink, so it’s draining ok, but right after the shower it’s a mess.

As a person with OCD, I picked this hotel because of the reviews. It didnt disappoint! It was very clean. Location was very accessible too. It was near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and it felt safe cause there were guards around.

Breakfast could have been better. There were some flies too.

Location was nice. 24h check in very convenient since our flight arrived early morning. Room was clean and had everything we needed plus bottles of water-thanks-nice to have.

Breakfast was nothing much. Could be much more improved-even a simple croissant and some normal bread and jam would work. Status leading to the room. In case you have a big luggage it would be a bit hard to move up the tiny staircase

It is actually even better in person compared to the photos here. Nice, neat and clean. Location is perfect, just 4-5 mins walk from Republic Square. Great value for money. The people working there are so nice and friendly! We really liked the breakfast and we asked them for the recipe. The lady was so nice she went to the kitchen and came back with a handwritten recipe for aladyshki (something like mini pancakes). The cleaning ladies were also very friendly! Thank you all!

OMG THE BREAKFAST! Amazing. Seriously, I've stayed at expensive high-end hotels that did not do as well. The spread varies every day, with a whole array of delicious things. The hotel itself is excellent value for money, not fancypants, but you don't miss it or need it. It's comfortable, clean, well-equipped and in an unbeatable location. Having the lift was a massive relief with a heavy suitcase too.
