One of my most favourite parts of staying at this hotel is its fantastic location in the city. We were within walking distance from all city hot spots like Republic Square, Cascade Complex, so many different parks, and incredible restaurants, bars and pubs. Our hotel room was always cleaned very nicely, and the bathroom was very clean. We didn't get a chance to have the hotel breakfast, any room service or dine at the restaurant, so I won't comment on the food. I had an incredible stay in Yerevan during my holiday and would most definitely stay at Best Western again. I will be recommending it to all my friends/family. The staff were all very friendly and spoke very good English, which really helped make our stay smooth. The hotel is also very well known amongst the locals, which made taking taxis much easier because they knew exactly where to go.

The only complaint I have is that during my 6-day stay, 5 of those days, the lift on my side of the building was not working. So we either had to take the stairs every day or we had to use the lift on the other side of the building. which was a little tiring to do after every long day of exploring Armenia. Also the TV was not the best, we were not able to connect our laptops/devices to watch anything nor was the TV connected to the WiFi. Overall, was not that big of a deal since we did not want to spend much time in the hotel room anyways. But would have been nice to have the option to use the TV.

Location is superb, close to major attractions of Yerevan. Rooms are clean and generously sized. Breakfasts are generous and tasty and there are plenty of local food to taste.

The furniture and decoration are a bit tied. Coffee machines would stop working towards the end of breakfast for about 5 days we stayed, when it happens ‘Hot’ water for tea is not hot enough to make a proper tea, due to a high demand. Staff frantically was trying to fix issues, but it looked like they had no options.

The hotel is located very close to the city center, the rooms with balcony have a nice view to the city, but it gets a bit noisy from the street in front. The bed is very comfortable, the room is cleaned daily, you also receive free water. The breakfast is very generous, fresh and delicious. The entire staff is very, very polite, always ready to help. The swimming pool area is very welcomed in a hot day, everything is very clean and you can really relax. The conference rooms are OK. Also, the in house restaurant is absolutely amazing, great quality per price and would highly recommend. Overall, an amazing stay and great quality! Thank you for everything!

The shower could use a bit of renovation, the floor of it was quite worn out due to use, but everything was functional so not a big bother at all.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to everywhere. The pool was very pleasant with a sufficient amount of sun beds. Breakfast good quality though did not have decaffeinated coffee.

When tried to take a half litre sparkling water for breakfast, I was told off (through a translating software) by a teenager waiter that I am not allowed to take the entire half litre. Then I poured it into two glasses and took it that way to our breakfast table. And saw that at the next table a man who was alone, had an entire bottle for himself. Such episodes really make people feel bad.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us—especially in helping my father, which meant a lot to us. Their compassion and understanding truly stood out. The location is also great—very convenient and easy to get around. Their pool and spa facilities were great too. Without a doubt, I’d return again. Highly recommended!

Breakfast options could be more

Armenia being the 32nd country I have visited, I can easily say that the latter has been a favourite, not only due to its rich history, its safety, its liveliness, but also the fact that this concept of ‘home away from home’ is a given at this hotel and this can only be reached through the staff’s presence. I would here need to mention Hripsime who has; time and again, shown her incredible welcoming attitude. Her request to the tour guide to stop along the way to show another important part of to the country without extra cost is worth to be mentioned and it simply highlights that she doesn’t solely put forth interest in her job but further than that, wanted to show me around the country herself to display the beauty of Armenia - her enthusiasm and genuine interest can be felt. I thank everyone else for their smiles and welcome. Having worked myself in luxury hotels and resorts in countries around Asia and Europe, I can recommend this place. Even though country 33 is planned for this year, I am already looking forward to coming back to Armenia.

Very good place to stay in Yerevan center. Everything was in walking distance - Republic square, fountain parks, walking street for shopping, Cascade park. We could also walk to Ararat factory museum. Bonus was a nice pool in the courtyard. It was open at the end of October and we could swim and take a bit sun there.

Maybe it would be neccessary to change some furniture in the rooms. The mahagon stile closets are not of my taste.

The hotel is so clean and our room was generally comfortable, staff were nice. The breakfast was awesome!

We had expected assistance from a hotel porter with our luggage; however, it appeared the hotel was understaffed during our stay. At times, even housekeeping services were inconsistent, and there were occasions when no one responded to our requests or came to the room.

The hotel is a Best Western Plus and has a good restaurant, a wonderful pool and spa and is very close to Republic Square. You can walk everywhere in Yerevan.

I just ask the technician to check the heating and conditioning system in the room as the rooms were very hot and we could not control the thermostat temperature. Several times, we have asked to remedy this problem. Unfortunately, we cannot open the windows to have some fresh air!

At the restaurant, we asked if the food contains oregano( one of us is deadly allergic), and they said that it does not, procceded to serve a plate full of oregano, when I asked the waiter, how sure he was about it not having oregano, he said 100%.. Turns out there was oregano, and the whole dish had to be remade Either none of them speaks english or they just dont care.
