Clean, neat, spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff

The breakfast area is small and limited choice of food. The balcony doors in the room didn't lock, which was an issue for us, because we had a small child. The staff couldn't do anything about it until the next day. There is only 1 small elevator which you need to wait for for a long time if it's busy.

The staff is very warm and friendly, they helped us in an questions. The breakfast is superb, we spent several days there but every day they had something different to offer, we really liked the wide variety of fruits and vegetables they offered. Location is super convenient to discover the city. We could park our rental car in front of the hotel.

There are parking lots in front of the hotel, but sometimes it was challenging to park there due to the narrow places, but the staff tried to solve this. In general it is quite difficult to park in Yerevan.

The reception staff were friendly. Location is very close to the republic square. They have a walk-in kitchen(cafeteria) which can be used by every guest anytime of the day. Rooms had 2 individual rest rooms which was great for a family of 4. Breakfast served early which is an added advantage for travelers. Breakfast was overwhelming and fresh. They kept the area clean. Rooms were kept clean regularly by the staff.nice and cozy

Breakfast items often went out of stock, and these include cups and glasses. Breakfast area very congested and hard to find tables. It's more than a motel but at times you feel things missing like a doorman or even simple room service. Finding parking was a challenge but always managed. Rooms are small with minimal amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at Kantar Hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Republic Square, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of options that changed daily — one day rice, the next pasta. I enjoyed the variety! The room was spotless and cleaned every day, which was much appreciated. Additionally, the baby crib provided was very clean. This is my second time staying here, and I will be coming back. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Armenia!

Location is perfect. It is just few minutes walk to Republic square. It is very spacious. Staff in recwption are very helpful including the chef. Their kitchen is well equipped plus a big refrigerator. We will surely stat here again if we go back to Armeniam The outside of the building not nice but the place we stated on is very soecious

Breakfast can be improved. If they csn serve coldcuts everyday, i hope they can serve sausage everyday too. The fruit jams/preserve are watery in consistency.. I hope there will be other variation of bread too. The cover of the toilet (seat cover) keeps falling.down to the toilet seat. The phone is not working so we could not call the reception though the we can receive calls from reception. TV is quite difficult to check which channels are working.

The location is great, it is in the center, very close from the Republic square and plenty of shops and restaurants. But at same time it is located on the little street, so it is pretty calm - rare combination. Stuff is very friendly and eager to help with any problems you might have. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfy. Breakfast is nice as well - several types of eggs, nice pastries, quite large variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. There is a common kitchen with a big fridge where guests can cook themselves whenever they like and a hangout area with free tea/coffee. Would stay in this hotel again.

Depending of which side of th building is your room, the view can be OK - modern high buildings, or quite depressing. The other thing is the elevator - as the hotel shares the building with the offices and private appartments, the reseption and the breakfast area is located on the 7th floor and there is just one elevator, so sometimes it would take a while before we could get an elevator. Also make sure you are not too early or too late for the breakfast, if you come before 8.20, the eggs would not be ready yet, and if you come after 9.40 -9.50 - there will not be a lot of things left.

The hotel is convenient to stay close to the main city center, within walking distance to nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and Central Park. Breakfast was delicious and you feel it was homemade. The reception team was cheerful. it was our anniversary, the hotel celebrated us with a complimentary bottle of Armenian pomegranate wine, which was so nice.

The reception area is so small, you can't rest after a long trip if you reach before check-in time. Maybe they can add some more varieties to the breakfast. The coffee drinks were chargeable, hope it was for free with the breakfast.
