I like the staff, very nice in conversation and always smiling, they speak english and very helpful, for staff, its 5/5 ratings. Location of the hotel is in heart of the city. Everything is at the walking distance, Republic square, key of armenia, vernissage market is just behind, surrounded with full time security in and around the hotel. I think its the best hotel everyone should choose. My stay was awesome.

The location of the hotel is excellent: close to all the major spots of interests and the heart of the Yerevan, yet at the same time it provides a quiet and comfortable nest for guests, especially city-walkers. The breakfast is rich and tasteful, even a little beyond our expectation. Every morning we look forward to it. The reception is professional, friendly and helpful, and smiles at guests all the time. This morning when after we checked out, the lady (the manager or head of the reception?) even asked us whether we had had breakfast and offered to call a taxi for us (in fact we had already done so and were waiting for the car). We were really a bit touched!

Excellent, modern hotel in a perfect location for exploring the city centre. The breakfast options are all great and freshly prepared, I particularly enjoyed the various types of jam. My room was perfectly comfortable and quiet, and the staff all spoke excellent English and were very helpful with all our requirements. We really appreciated the fact that they had prepared sandwiches for us when we checked out at 3.00am on the last day.

Everything was perfect, no complaints at all. The only thing that I missed was a gluten-free option for bread etc at breakfast, but this is only a very minor point that had no bearing on our stay. A truly excellent hotel experience!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this cozy hotel in the center of Yerevan. The location was absolutely perfect — everything was within walking distance, from beautiful streets and local cafes to main attractions like Republic Square and Cascade. The hotel itself felt very warm and inviting, with a calm and charming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. You can feel they genuinely care about guests. If you’re visiting Yerevan and want a peaceful place to stay in the middle of the city, this hotel is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

I want to focus on the behavior of all the staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast room, as well as the cleaning staff. The strong feeling of serving you and doing the best for your stay. The breakfast is rich enough to satisfy all tastes. The staff is quick to fill any gaps.The reception is here to help you by answering any of your questions. A big thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy our 10 days in Yerevan.

I wish there was a power outlet beside beds because in our time it is essential for phones and tablets.

I had a great experiene at the hotel. As most flights arriving to Yerevan, mine arrived super early in the morning (3 am) and the hotel was able to accommodate an early check-in (half-day fee). Special shout-out to Stella who was at the reception that day/night and was able to help me so I could rest a bit before heading out to explore. The included breakfast is very well stocked. Good space in the room. Decently spaced bathroom too.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable and an actual double bed instead of two single beds.

It’s next to a construction site so there is some noise during the day. Not a problem as I was out but on one day I had to do some work in the hotel room. The a/c never worked and the room got hot very quickly so I had to open the window ; not a problem but this brings the noise into the room. At night it was quiet. Tea making facilities in the room but I was never given any teabags or water except for the first night. TV remote never worked properly , I had to keep on trying to get the volume and channel buttons to work.
