I like the staff, very nice in conversation and always smiling, they speak english and very helpful, for staff, its 5/5 ratings. Location of the hotel is in heart of the city. Everything is at the walking distance, Republic square, key of armenia, vernissage market is just behind, surrounded with full time security in and around the hotel. I think its the best hotel everyone should choose. My stay was awesome.

Location, comfortable bed.

It’s next to a construction site so there is some noise during the day. Not a problem as I was out but on one day I had to do some work in the hotel room. The a/c never worked and the room got hot very quickly so I had to open the window ; not a problem but this brings the noise into the room. At night it was quiet. Tea making facilities in the room but I was never given any teabags or water except for the first night. TV remote never worked properly , I had to keep on trying to get the volume and channel buttons to work.

Very comfortable place. Great stuff, with really nice attitude towards guests. I have to say - managers helped us in so many ways, that it still warms the heart, while the wheather was quite cold on the streets of Yerevan on the days of our visit. Room was comfortable, clean, well styled. The whole hotel is done in simple classic style, very convinient and reliable. Situated in the city center, close to all atractions. Love the breakfast: quality local products, well thought variety, fresh and tasty.

The location is great, as are the room size and facilities. The staff is very friendly, professional, and attentive. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family, and if I return to YEREVAN, I will rebook it. Keep the great job, guys.

The entrance has four stairs and a sidewalk. It's not handicapped-friendly. It would be great if they found a way to make access easier for elderly people and handicapped guests.

its clean, the breakfast is just ok but the staffs are very helpful, friendly we stayed during the weekend of New year and they even gave us White wine and sweets they were inviting hotel guests to join their celebration, and the location is amazing its near Republic Square.

its not that i dont like but I think they can still improve the breakfast choices, also they need to mention if something is made of chicken, beef or pork as there are guest who dont eat pork for example. but the staffs are really amazing I requested some scrambled eggs that was not on the breakfast table and they cook it as how i like it and its free of charge.

I would suggest to level up the breakfast. I am sure that you can enrich it - like more coffee options, scrambled eggs, omelets etc - so the visitor can find what he/she wants.

An extremely pleasant hotel in an excellent location. a few hundred meters from the city center. The restaurant has a large selection of food and a pleasant atmosphere. The room I stayed in is nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
