Very convenient location - close to all attractions. Moderate- Value for money. Wardrobe - big wardrobe and safe.

Breakfast - very limited options, mostly no non-veg other than Pork. Early check-in : despite informing in advance, they were unable to confirm if I can check in early until I arrived at reception and having to go around for another couple of hours. Space - Room space is crunched, even with an upgraded room. Noisy guests - stayed 4 nights, on 3rd ; some noisy guests checked in making the night sleepless. Reception staff was unable to address the issue;

The room was large and quiet. The location of the hotel is perfect - at the heart of Yerevan. The personnel is well-trained, professional, friendly, and smiley. Included breakfasts are rich and delicious. With this kind of breakfast, you can potentially have one meal per day. 😊

The only negative thing I have to mention is the absence of the bathtub safety bars. As far as I learned while looking for hotels in Yerevan and Gyumri, most Armenian 3-4-star hotels have this problem. It is still OK for the narrow shower cabins but very unsafe for the slippery bathtubs that are installed at the Aviatrans. This is rather dangerous for the guests, may ruin their entire trip, and become a financial burden for the hotel.

The hotel has two kinds of rooms, renovated and others are very old and outdated. So be careful when you book. Booking needs to inform us about this information

The hotel really meets 4 stars level. There is secured place, nice breakfast, polite staff. Front office was flexible enough and brought worthwhile solutions. The hotel’s location is its best sides. It is directly in a few meters from the main square and the main walking street of Yerevan and surrounded by lots of groceries, restaurants and a other shopping points. Also we were happy that in around 1 km meters there are a lot of ancient armenien apostolic Cherches, which are the best places to descover armenian chistory and kulture.

place is perfect, center of district…place is okay, they clean the room but dont change towels & bed linens, they change less than what we stay.., and unfortunately, approached us by one of the staff that we got complain from other room about the noise, which we dont have idea as our kids dont play in hallway or make any noise at night, we directly go to sleep after long day of trip… Without even checking and confirming, we got the blamed on the spot, which annoys us… overall, its a good family trip for us so we dont make small things bother our stay…

The hotel is located few steps to Republic square and its in center of the lively city of yerevan both business and tourism. The hotel is walking distance to some common tourist spots like dancing fountains, vernissage market, the cascade, museum, shopping avenues. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are accomodating when we requested extra pillow. They also put new water bottles, disposable slippers and towels daily.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. This strategic positioning not only made it convenient to access various attractions and key points of interest but also allowed for a vibrant and immersive experience of the city's lively atmosphere. The breakfast options at the hotel were nothing short of impressive. The extensive variety of food items offered catered to diverse tastes and preferences.

My stay at the Aviatrans Hotel was a wonderful experience. This was my third visit to Yerevan, and I must say that our time at the Aviatrans was truly delightful. Its central location, clean and spacious rooms with all necessary amenities, and kind staff made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was also wonderful, comparable to that of many continental hotels.

It was my second time in Aviatrans , The location is great also the room is very big and comfortable, decorated very modern, quiet and very clean room and clean bathroom. Also the breakfast service was satisfying.

Comparing the good quality of room , I think the mattress and blanket could be better. breakfast time is 8 which I think is a little bit late, so it’s better to be 6:30 or 7:00

The room is well located..its a simple property and value to money..if you are looking for a fancy ambience this place may not help you to satisfy the need. However this place delivers everything what is needed when you are travelling...staff is friendly and room was cleaned and updated daily
