This hotel is inside a historical building and at the most happening part of the city. The service was exceptional and I would like to thank Mariam & Davith all the assistance. Also they have the rent a car company at the front desk which is like a cherry on top. Also they have water jet in the washroom for the WC which is exceptional making this property friendly for all the culture. Thank you guys.

I have nothing to dislike.

Best thing was the staff member girl when we first arrived. she spoke english. And the very first thing she did was give our passports back to us straight away before processing anything else.. Which is a great thing and very rare. So that was very reassuring right from the start. Room was big size. and great location.

More coffee and tea in room would have been nicer. Bathroom fan was very noisy.

The location is fantastic — in the very center of Yerevan, close to everything. The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful, very good level of hospitality. Room is not too spacious and a bit too narrow, but everything you need is there, clean and comfortable. The level of prices for accommodation in Yerevan is inexcusably high nowadays, so this hotel has relatively reasonable price in this total craziness of Yerevan in poor Armenia…

I don‘t know what was it — probably the tram outside, or anything else (the tube?) but every 5 minutes I had the feeling that earthquake is coming, the whole building was like thrilling… thanks God, not in the night, but still in the late evening and early morning…

I had a night flight and kindly asked for an early check-in they graciously agreed. I stayed for a very short time, but the location was excellent and the price-quality ratio was great.

I probably didn’t read carefully that some rooms have no windows — it’s just important to know that in advance. Everything else was great, thank you!

The location is great and all around a lot of restaurants! I didn’t expect the room is so big, just love it ! A little bit annoyed because in the second floor is the theater, but it doesn’t matter, I slept so good 😊! The staff is so nice and really friendly, helpful; the cleaning staff also did a great job 👏!

Very nice location, right in the city center. Great place for budgetary stay in the city center. Bed sheets, pillows all good, new. Bathroom facilities are as well good. Everything is comfortable

Great location right in the city centre, very spacious and clean room, very helpful staff.

Some inconvenience was caused by neighbours arriving late and talking loudly in the corridor, noise from the underground and the shower door letting water through at the bottom.

Their staffs are polite, friendly and supportive. Some of them are fluent in English. I stayed at 3rd floor suites, which was comforting enough for city sightseeing. Exactly what it shown in the Booking.com photo images. Actually beddings and linens were even better than I thought. Hallway is a bit noisy as the hotel is located in the same building of Moscow Cinema (movie theater). The room has small windows for air ventilation.

The location was amazing, pretty much everything is 5-10 min walk away from the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The service is bad , and the wifi wasnt working for a few days on our stay. But the staff was very accommodating and got us a small wifi cube for our room.

Located in the Middle of Yerevan, Easy to get around from the hotel.

Sound proof is recommended for improvement. So traveler won’t hear their neighbors, subway and cinema from the room
