Our stay in North Avenue was one of the best experiences so far. One can't complain about anything. Although it is a central place, the sound isolation was amazing. The view was breathtaking. The best cafes and restaurants are all around. The hotel was sparkling clean. The beds are comfy and clean. The check-in and out was easy and smooth. I would like to mention the stuff attentiveness. It was one of the best experiences i had.... Congratulations to the staff for the services. Best location.

If i should write one negative, it would be that in breakfast there was not a big variety of food cooked on the same day. There should be more variety of food ( note that everything was fresh, bread, eggs etc) like fried eggs. Not so important however because you could find other things to eat.

Fantastic stay! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Yerevan with easy access to shops and restaurants. The room and facilities were spotless. The only small downside was that lunch and dinner aren't available on-site, but with so many dining options nearby, it wasn’t a major issue. Highly recommend!

Location and housekeeping is the best

reception was bit off 2 time friends keep things for us never remind no reason why until i ask. Usually all hotels have warm welcome here you have to greet and show kindness otherwise no response no parking or pickup drop if you have luggage you will struggle to reach to hotel

The location is the best and you feel like you are in the leap of the beautiful city Yerevan

Despite of rooms mein available and request for an early checkin by 1:30hours they let us wait and expected us to pay 50% or the charge

we didn't use breakfast service because of its high price, the room was clean. the location is excellent. however we didn't use the pool and i can't say anything about its quality but the option of using it for free was pleasing.

there was no table or even appropriate space for suitcases.

Comfortable restaraunt, nice location, clean room

My room was not ready in 14:00. I was there about 08:00, and was waiting for check in. I know that check in time is 14:00, but even I asked to at least try to make my check in faster my room was not ready in planned time. Instead of this they for some reasons printed useless laminated welcome-paper with my name. It would be better to give me my room earlier instead of such preparing. They maybe thought that this kind of welcoming is user-oriented, but it's definitely not. Btw it was funny to see personalised welcome-paper near another paper where hotels writing something like "we are caring about environment, we won't wash your towel if you don't put it to special place"

Used the hotel for my connection during the flight. I would have liked to know some Russian from the staff, the girl at the reception desk did not speak very well. The room was comfortable and clean, with a view of Yerevan's main promenade. Also liked the discount they give for dinner at the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel.

Breakfast was very poor, I came when most of the food was already finished. Also a very uncomfortable approach to the hotel, if you have a large suitcase, absolutely uncomfortable to walk up to the entrance, as well as lift your suitcase to the door. The staff did not come out to help even though they saw I had 2 large suitcases and hand luggage.
