The location is wonderful. In the heart of city, less than 2-5 minutes walk from everything you need! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was very modern, had everything we needed, definitely worth more than a lot of branch hotels! Cozy and clean, everything was new and smelled nice! One of my favorite stays ever! Despite other reviews, all the windows open to a wonderful view of the park nearby, you have access to metro, bus stations, so many supermarkets, banks, exchange services, etc within 2 minutes of walking! A lot of shops and restaurants nearby just in route of the hotel! It was very quiet despite being in the middle of the city. The environment was very safe and has 24hrs shops and exchange services in less than 5 minutes of walking! Republic square is 15 minutes of walking distance away, shopping centers and malls are really close, and we got there by taxi from airport in less than 5 minutes. The internet was really fast (although a little technical problem happened from the internet provider but they were really helpful and fixed it quickly!) and the TV services are really good too. The staff are all friendly specially two ladies in the front desk were really lovely, spoke English really well and helped us with everything! The rooms are shown in the photos, very modern, clean and the beds were so comfortable. The storage room was also very good and we definitely stayed there with ease of mind. The breakfast was really delicious too, a good variety of sweet and savory foods with variations each day! I really liked their scrambled egg and cheese selection. And if you’re there don’t forget about the coffee!!! They have one the best coffees I’ve ever had! Extremely delicious, high quality and wonderful I had two for each breakfast! And for the food, although the hotel itself is surrounded by so many restaurants, we always came back to the hotel for their perfect food! The restaurant has excellent food with great prices! I highly recommend!

The restaurant's cuisine is excellent, but the waiters are not very responsive and attentive. The hotel staff is very friendly. The Wi-Fi is really great: stable and with good speed. - Room is very clean. - Very comfortable bed with very good quality bed linen. - I have noticed the mistake in the hotel description with Free transfer to/from Airport and it was corrected by hotel admin. - good sound isolation from the street

- Price for transfer to/from Airport look unreasonable high: 15k AMD when using online service you can order the taxi for 1.6-3k (in 5-9 times cheaper) - The soundproofing in the hotel is not very good, you can hear neighbors and slamming doors. But given the size of the hotel, this is usually not a problem.

Modern, clean and petite boutique hotel. Professional, friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but healthy and delicious. The room is how it looks in the pictures. Location was very good, easily accessible and close to shops, exchange centers, supermarkets, restaurants, parks and city landmarks. I read in some of the reviews that it can be quite noisy at times but we did not experience this at all. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

Bathroom ventilation could be improved. Also, installing a bidet would really be a game changer.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and will take you a few minutes to roam around. There are lots of fine restaurants to crave for and the staff is very efficient to help you throughout your stay. The room is nice, neat and clean except for the bathroom, specifically the toilet bowl🤢.

The bathroom, specifically the toilet bowl, is smelly upon arrival, I need a bleach to clean it and to remove the smell. There is no bidet, but there are 2 rolled tissues in case. I arrived in the wee hours of the morning, so there is no cleaner at that time. I just opened up the exhaust to remove the bad smell and pour a bleach to clean it.

Breakfast was very healthy and delicious. Coffee was excellent. I recommend Americano which was so good. three or four types of cheese, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, cutlets, salads, fruits, ham, etc. all were available. milk and cereal, jams, creams, etc. Do not miss the breakfast. it starts from 8:30 to 11:00. even the music was wonderful. But the most important of all: the staff. they were so nice and helpful, kind and expert. we felt so great there both in the room and in the restaurant.

It was a very nice hotel, situated in a quiet area with a great location. The rooms were clean and tidy, and everything listed in the description was provided. The breakfast was delicious, although the variety of food itself was not large, but it was not big problem. The hotel has no parking but it is easy to park car in the street on the public parking.

Great Location. The room was lovely and clean. It was a bit of a squeeze for 3 people but would be ideal for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom pretty spacious. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, a good choice but only if you got there early.

The room was very warm even in November and the AirCon didn’t seem to make any difference so had to open windows at night which added outside noise. We’d had real problems before arrival as the hotel systems had been hacked and we’d received a scam via booking.com which had invalidated our credit cards so we had to travel without them and organise payment locally with debit cards. The hotel card machine was also unreliable.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel. It's located in downtown Yerevan, a short walk from all the major sights. My room, though smallish, was comfortable, superbly clean and had all the amenities, including an electric kettle. The hotel provided a bottle of water every day and replenished the tea tray. Breakfast starts at 8:30, but when I told the staff that I had to leave earlier, they prepared a doggy bag for me, which included everything from a boiled egg through two kinds of bread to fresh fruit (the apples were particularly delicious). Everyone I spoke to at the reception was very friendly and often went out of their way to help. I would be happy to come back to the Baron one day.

The hotel is located directly in the city center, so it‘s perfect for tourists. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary items. The selection of food at breakfast wasn't that big, but it was sufficient and hot food and drinks were served every day. Special wishes (like oatmeal) were also possible at no additional costs. We stayed there for one week and were in general really happy with this hotel.

Noise isolation both between hotel rooms and to the street is poor. The hotel is located on the first floor, so there’s some noise coming from the street. But we got used to it after a few days.
