I stayed in a small room on the 2nd floor and it had a feeling of staying in a room in dorm because of the sound proofing, which was essentially absent: I could hear everyone walking buy, talking. On the other hand only inner sounds were audible, so once everyone was asleep, it was quiet and calm. The room was quite clean and the bed was comfortable (not a premium type mattress, but convenient) as well as linens. The bathroom was clean and comfortable as well.

There was no table in the room. but rather a cabinet with a small fridge. I'd prefer a table. The only sitting place was a small stool without a back (not counting the bed).

- Convenient and safe location in the middle of the Kentron district - Exceptionally friendly and accommodating members of staff (I needed to extend my reservation by 2 more nights and the staff was very helpful in that matter) - The rooms come with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (i.e. a kettle, a fridge, towels, shower gel, etc.) - There's a Carrefour and a Yerevan City Supermarket (2 minutes walk) and plenty of good restaurants in close proximity Would definitely recommend it for solo female travellers!

This is definitely the best hotel to stay at in Yerevan. Our choice stops on this hotel already 3rd time and as always every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel is amazing; it is in the very center of Yerevan. Our room was super nice and clean, with most comfortable bed ever. Lovely staff and owner are always helpful. Also lots of small things that will make your stay perfect. Good for leisure or business traveler. Highly recommended

Great hotel in the centre of Yerevan. A short walk to Republic square and all the main streets. Lovely people working in reception who were very helpful. The WIFI works great and the rooms are cosy. I highly recommend the hotel airport transfer (book directly with the hotel). The driver was on time for both trips to the airport and drove safely.

The breakfast lacked option and the coffee could’ve been better

Great location, loved the room, quiet and peaceful even though right in the city, it was easy to walk into the city centre and the whole vibe was just excellent. Yerevan Central is cool!

My one complaint would be that the bed base was tripping me up, twice - banged my little toe so badly I'm afraid it is broken. While I blame myself for not being more careful, the way it's constructed, and the narrow passage next to the wall is a trap... :-(

The location is great. Around 5 min away from the republic square and other touristic sites.The staff was nice. Breakfast wasn't bad. The room was clean and the towels were changed when we needed (not before noon). It's a great place for the money we payed and the location

Amazing, convenient location right in the city center. The staff is wonderful and really go out of their way to help. The bathroom was really large and shower instantly warm. wifi connection was solid throughout my stay. The room was warm, had a window that opens for fresh air and a mini fridge and hair dryer were convenient additions to the room.

Super minor: the carpeting by the door was a bit worn.

The place is located at prime area. The staffs are superbly amazing. Victoria, Mariana and Rafael and our very special driver Karen. Thank you so much, it was short but a wonderful trip.

None. Maybe just some improvement needed in the shower room but still everything was fine during our stay.

It locates in the real center of the touristic area. A few min walk to many tourist spots and restaurants.

Breakfast was standard. Fridge in the room was a bit noisy.. New towels are provided only around late afternoon time.

Central location close to Republic square (3-4 minutes walk), value for money, strong WIFI
