Very big rooms, very clean, overall comfortable and value for money. 24H front desk, great environment at restaurant area. has a big wardrobes and a mini bar.

The breakfast wasn't my favorite, due to very few choices. Coffee need to order from staff and wait till ready (not like other hotels where you can drink any time as you want.) But overall value dismissing the breakfast is good. Spa area not my favorite either but I didn't go there for spa so it didn't matter to me.

It was in the best location of Yerevan, staff especially reception were helpful and friendly. I would like to thank Ms Anush for always being helpful, professional and nice.

There is not enough staff when you need

Location, staff are excellent. Breakfast is very good with great variety of choices everyday. Rooms are clean , comfortable.

At the beginning, the room that was given to us was not as nice the previous one that we stayed a month earlier. We asked the front desk to change it & they did it with no issue.

The hotel is in a very central location, making it easy to walk around and explore. The rooms were clean, with a kettle, tea, and complimentary water provided daily. There are many cafes and good restaurants right next door. The bed was huge, and the swimming pool was nice.

The area is very noisy, even in rooms away from the street. The pillows were uncomfortable. Loud music in the restaurant every night. There’s no quiet bar or lounge to escape the noise. Great for those who want to be in the center of the action, but not ideal for a peaceful stay. Despite free cancellation, I was charged one night in advance to secure the booking.

Staff were all wonderful - doormen, reception, housekeeping on 2nd floor. Ovsanna at reception was especially kind and helpful. Location is perfect - walk to Republic Square museums and Musical Comedy Theater, Yerevan Card office (Abovyan Ave), Moscow Theater (Abovyan Ave), City Supermarket (Mashtots Ave.). Room was super comfy. Bed was fantastic.

Only thing perhaps to improve was the pool temperature was a bit cool and the sauna/steambath were not always very hot, especially later night/early morning but they are open 24 hours which was my main reason for staying here. Will return, for sure. No English or foreign language channels other than some Russian ones.

- The location is right in the center and it is easy to move around the city without any public transport, only 15 mins from the airport by taxi. - Staff members were super helpful and friendly, professional. They also didn't charge us the water bottle. - Rooms were clean and spacious, with good lilting and room temperature. It felt very comfortable and relaxing.

- The Spa wasn't really fully functional, the sauna the temperature was rather low so we couldn't feel the effect and the steam bath is completely off. - They clean up quite later our room, when we have asked for a second robe for the spa, it was around 17 o'clock. - I've had a birthday and expected a some kind of gesture from the hotel, usually going to 5 stars hotel they pay attention to those details and leave at least a congratulation note. - Room itself is quite, but being on busy street we could hear during the night laud cars and crowds.

The hotel's strategic location is excellent, being just a short walk from cafes, restaurants, and less than 5 minutes from Republic Square. The staff were very helpful, especially with carrying luggage, which added a nice touch to the service. The room was relatively spacious, including the bathroom, and having a bidet was a significant convenience. Additionally, the sauna and steam room were fantastic facilities, making up for some of the shortcomings.

The windows are not fully soundproof, which was noticeable during the New Year's celebrations when outside noise was frequent. The indoor pool was a bit on the colder side, which could be improved. The bathroom, while functional, had some odor issues that should be addressed for a better experience.

Everything Perfect!!!

The Location is awesome. Right on the Main Street, 5 minutes away from Republic Square. Lots of cafes and restaurants all around. Literally in the middle of the action. We had an issue with a shop near the hotel and requested the Hotel staff for help. The girl at the reception was very polite, patient and understanding. Huge shoutout to her. Even the Head of Security intervened and tried to help us. The hotel even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and card for my wife's birthday, on their own. That's the kind of hospitality and thoughtfulness that differentiates a great hotel from a good one.

The Hotel has a very vintage feel, it's probably an old renovated building. They could probably do the room interiors a little more tastefully and add some flair to it. The room, even though pretty big, feels a little underwhelming after seeing the reception and the plush carpeted lobby. A little work on the interiors and furniture would go a long way!

The staff was really wonderful, especially the lady with platinum blonde bob, I didn't catch her name. The stay was wonderful in general, the facilities are great, the breakfast is good, the food in general was really good, would totally come again, really nice place in general. all in all would definitely go there again!

A lot of the staff were great, some seemed to have some strange notion..dare I say pre-conceived racial notions, it was strange when I went for breakfast and told the staff multiple times I haven't checked in yet but id eat breakfast - they still sent first 2 women then 3 men to separately look at me from the distance and then after that have me pay WHILE I was eating. A few similar situations were as such .... after seeing that i add tip everywhere and order often, that atmosphere seemingly completely changed from then on.... that just felt strange and uncomfortable.
