The hotel was amazing. Good location in the city center, walking distance from all the restaurants. Very clean, very comfortable and oversized bed, enough space in the room. The breakfast was rich and delicious accompanied with live piano music! The restaurant on the 12th roof top was so well decorated having dj music at nights and nice cocktails! You can clearly view Mount Ararat from there. The one thing that made me feel awkward during the last night, after turning off the lights, I noticed a big gap under the room's door, my hand could pass through.. i felt that my privacy and the sound isolation were violated. When I asked the reason, the answer was for security reasons, to help guests in case they need help and they are locked in. Anyway, this is the first time I have experienced something like that.

Amazing hotel with a super king bed (not joined beds) spacious and very good location. Only the doors are not sound proof and the there open space under the doors you can hear all the sounds.

Reception staff was welcoming and smiling but restaurant staff during dinner were very rude. The area we were sitting at was getting really hot although it was snowing outside, we were literally sweating and when we asked to adjust the temperature the manager was like “this is how it is we cannot change” .. breakfast staff was more amicable comparatively. We were there for dinner on 14 Feb. also had a bit of fight for the massage. We were not told there is only one masseuse and we were a couple. When she turned we tried to explain that we booked for both and didn’t know. She was not ready to leave and wants 30 dollars for cancellation .

The location is excellent! The restaurant is open until late. The dinner was amazing. The breakfast was very rich. There was life music at the breakfast. In combination with the rooftop location of the restaurant, sunshine, music, variety of options for breakfast, the atmosphere was fantastic. I got free upgrade for the room. I don't know how my initially booked room looked like, but the upgraded one was spacious , clean and beautiful. It had office desk, so I could work comfortably. The bed and pillows are excellent. The hotel offers professional massage service 24/7. Very good option after a long flight. I didn't manage to have it, but considering the level of the rest of the services, I assume, it should be good.

Porter (unfortunately I dont remember name) at the evening on 10/10 escort me for the safety reason to shop to buy khachapuri, because it was a bit late. It was very nice professional touch!!! Room is nice and cosy! Main restaurant on 10th floor very stylish, breakfast accompanied with live piano (which take you to Paris!), dinners with live music and narghile! Location is just perfect - a few minutes to Republic Square, and generally to centre of Yerevan. Highly recommend!!!

- The mattress is old, and not even, so it's not that comfortable. - This one has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but it still matters: The music outside, from the near hotels is so loud until late hour, so it can be annoying if you want to sleep early. - Also, the gym needs more equipment (i.e: weights) it's very basic compared to similar hotels. However, the hotel remains amazing & one of the best in Yerevan, in my opinion.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, particularly Donna at the reception desk who graciously accommodated our request to change our room booking from twin beds to a more suitable option. The level of accessibility throughout the hotel was impressive, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible breakfast spread. Not only was the food delicious, but the crew made us feel like VIPs with their exceptional service. Dining in was truly a delightful experience. Additionally, the hotel's location couldn't have been more convenient, situated near downtown and a variety of restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area during our stay. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the accessibility and outstanding staff service to the fantastic breakfast and prime location, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning in the future.

Very good location, close to shops and restaurants. Room is spacious enough, neat and clean. Beds are soft, had a good sleep. Staffs are amazing, very welcoming and helpful especially the housekeepers and receptionists. They let us do early check-in which we really appreciate. They also given us complimentary fruits after housekeeping, such a sweet gesture. Breakfast and their resto bar food is exceptional. Top notch service from day 1 to last. We really had a comfortable and wonderful stay. It’s truly value for money, we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

We had bit of a trouble with AC temp, room is not cold enough for us so we had to open the window, since it’s winter it’s a big help.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is perfectly located, close to all important places to see. It is located in the very centre, i.e. close to shops, restaurants, theatres etc. The personnel was beneficial, friendly and precise. The restaurant is of very high quality and has a marvellous interior (it is at the rooftop, after all, with a direct view to Ararat mountain). The standard room was spacious, with a comfy bed. If we visit Yerevan again, we know certainly where to stay.

A very central near to Republic Square, lot of shops and restaurants around. Great view on the rooftop restaurant for breakfast, Staff were friendly and helpful, they also provided complimentary strawberry. Overall, a positive experience during my stay.

The live music noise from the bar on 12th floor till 11pm. I will prefer the room to be quieter. The music is too loud for my liking. Depend on the music they played, some of nights, it was hard beating loud music, which I can heard them from my room.

Very good location in the heart of city, near to republic square. Room was clean and stylish. staff was helpful. Breakfast was excellent! and also bed was comfortable as well.

Only one big negative moment is the elevator. You need to wait elevator around 10 minute every time when you want to go up or down.
