Perfect and great location in central Yerevan! Could not find a better place to fit a family!!! Easy check in, great parking place, and really cozy…

You should tell your clients that extra toilet paper is not included when the lefts from the last client are over! We run out of toilet paper on the second day (there was less than half a roll in each toilet) and had to run to buy some! And you should warn your clients that you don’t accept credit cards in situ, but have to do it through internet by the link you send (it was quick and easy). I advice future guests to contact the owner to arrange how to pay. Those are advices, not critics, as we had a great stay there!!!

The location was great and the staff were very lovely and helpful. The rooms were clean, and there were really beautiful restaurants in the neighborhood.

Our apartment was lovely, located on the 8th floor with 24 hour security. Communication with the 'office' before our arrival was easy and all questions were answered very promptly. Collecting the keys was easy. We had a couple of 'admin' issues during our 5 day stay and they were all dealt with professionally - for example, printing our boarding passes for our flight. The apartment was spacious, with a separate bedroom, and it had every amenity that we could expect. The bed was large and very comfortable and the shower was good once we knew how to use it. The WiFi worked perfectly for us during our stay. It was located in a fantastic area, within minutes of some great restaurants and less than 10 minutes stroll from Republic Square. It felt like home from home and we were very happy with our choice.

It wasn't obvious to us that the cold water feed on the shower should be used to regulate the temperature. We thought that both the hot and cold water pipes were connected, but this was not the case.

The spacious room is well-suited for a couple, offering commendable cleanliness. Notably, the room is equipped with kitchen facilities for cooking, along with air conditioning and heating for comfort. The inclusion of a television enhances the overall experience. Arevik, the manager, stands out for her exceptional assistance, and Fahad, our driver, delivered friendly and helpful service during airport transfers. We rented three apartments as we were a large group of friends, and the experience was great! The access instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the apartments were close to Republic Square and many traditional restaurants. They were well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Arevik, the host, was always available on WhatsApp for advice or any kind of support. Highly recommended!

Very clean rooms, good and new equipment. We could leave our baggage 2 hours after the check-out.

We needed 45 minutes to find the apartment. No sign, no indication where the hotel could be, even the closest neighbours knew the apartment. Since I had no telephone card friendly people helped us. There is no reception desk, everything goes anonymously. I got a smaller room than I had paid for. The management excused by mail for the mistake and said I would get a discount of 5 % next time. Thank you!

This is my 5th time in Armenia and this is the best apart-hotel I've ever stayed in. Location is 100/10, Cleanliness is 100/10, Price is 10/10, Arevik (the person managing the apartment) is 10/10. This will be my new home in Armenia and I've been recommending them to my friends. You won't regret staying here. I swear. :)

It is better to say that you felt completely at home. Comfortable, very good lighting, easily accessible to Republic Square and its surrounding sights by walking, complete amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, nice bathrooms, elevator and agency’s management was brilliant.

The position is absolutely the best. You are close to everything and you can easily reach (walking distance) all the main attractions of the city. Walking in Erevan is absolutely safe and its really a pleasure. I would definitely recommend this aparthotel.

Nothing important. We asked for some shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper extra cos we stayed three nights and they gave us. They didnt change out towels.

This place exceeded our expectations, cozy, clean, and spacious. And what I loved the most was it was very convenient. Everything was within walking distance, Republic Square, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and pubs. We also loved our room with a window overlooking the park. Surely, we will recommend this place to friends planning to visit Yerevan.

The induction cooker was not working or maybe we just didn't know how to use it. 😅
